  Es un edificio de apartamentos para alquilar de los mismos dueños. No está mal ubicado puedes ir al puerto andando tranquilamente. Las habitaciones son antiguas, el baño es muy pequeño e incomodo y los propietarios desagradables.

  Modest but worth the money

  This was the cheapest accommodation we found in Cavtat 4 weeks before departure during the high season. There are different type of rooms. We had the very basic one with ac, bathroom and a fridge. Theres a shared kitchen and shared terraces. Some rooms are bigger and have balconies. The room isnt up to date but it was super clean and tidy, the cleaners did a really good job every day wiping all the desks etc. The location is good, although dont let the distance fool you, the hotel is on top of a hill so everytime you come back from the center its uphill and stairs. The views are ofc nice! If you are looking for a decent place to sleep, get washed and store your stuff, this is a good option. But if you want to spend time hanging at the hotel, then Id pick something bit more modern or at least the room with private balcony.

  Brilliant stay, with beautiful views Clean & great facilities Very close to Cavtat centre Close to airport 6 minutes drive Reasonable priced Also Made us cute cookies & gifts for it being our honeymoon Defo recommend

  Stayed for 3 nights the owner was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The apartments are new and looked purpose built.Our room was clean and well equipped for what we needed kitchen stove fridge etc.The shower and toilet area was Tiny the shower tray was very small and hardly usable.The sink had a shelf above it making the sink very difficult too use needs removing?The bed was comfortable but creaked so loud it woke you up if you turned over in the night not good.For the Lady's no plug socket near a mirror did not go down well with the wife.the apartment had a small functional balcony but the whole apartment is really small you could not spend a week in their probably only suit One Person in my opinion,A/C was good.5 minute walk down a steep hill 15 mins on the way back would not suit the unfit.

  Basic but extremely clean and provided adequate accommodation

  We booked this online so had no idea where we were going to be. Bed is comfy and air conditioning effective. Apartments are very clean and you have your own fridge but I question whether you could really self cater with the facilities provided? We didnt get a room with a view and TV only offered 4 Croatian channels. You need to be fit to stay here as it is a very steep walk downhill to the town and excessively steep coming back up in the heat. Overall we have been comfy and had a good time for a very reasonable price.
