  Avoid at all costs!!

  Pure awfulness! We showed up at their office and no one was there. Had to wait 45 mins to get the keys to check in. When we finally got it, the place hadnt been properly cleaned and there was a tonne of maintenance issues. The stove and oven was so greasy it set off the smoke detector when we turned it on. Body fluids on the wall, the carpet was filthy and needed to be steam cleaned and wasnt vacuumed. We had organize parking but when we went in the parkade, there were already people parked in the stalls we were allocated. Had to call the office and get two new spots. Emailed management twice and got a response that the manager would stop by but no one ever showed. The floor tiles in the bathroom shower stalls are lifting from the grout in both showers... Im surprised there hasnt been a flood yet to the neighbors below. Its a shame because the place would have been nice had it been properly maintained. Id be embarrassed to rent a property like this to someone. Lack of response from management showed how much care they really provide for this property. Never again will I stay at a property managed by these guys!! See the pictures for what they consider to be their standard of maintenance.

  Could Do So Much Better

  The reception is so difficult to find! Not at the address on the booking, but in the small print its a few doors down. Finally found it and they werent in even though we advised our eta at their request. Then they tried to overcharge me because theyd taken more deposit than they thought which took a while on the phone to sort because the person I was speaking with couldnt find it. Eventually the manager was put on & he sorted it straight away. Onto the flat itself. Only one set of keys despite being a 2 bed. Poorly stocked (i.e. 3 plates, 3 glasses, 3 different size wine glasses for a 4 person flat, no tray for the oven). The blind in the lounge was on the floor rather than the window. Went to the office to report these things but they werent in so sent an email which was not answered nor were the issues rectified during our stay. It wasnt cleaned well (empty meat packet in the freezer, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty sides & cupboards). Decor is modern but tired. Lifts are good and theres a nice roof terrace although it was a bit windy. Theres a bbq up there but its one of those hot plate ones which takes forever to heat up. Theres a plunge pool but it was out of order. The location is fantastic for Albert Park, and the view is amazing. Perfect location for GP gate 5 is a 5 min walk. Could be so good but its so incredibly badly managed.

  Absolutely shocking

  Avoid staying here. No assistance whats so ever. Office not at the building so if you have any problems you carny get help. Reception is for residents not short stay so they are no help either. Very bad experience. Would have left no stars but theres no option for that.

  Tried something new, and it was awful!

  I stayed here last month to try something different as I am in Melbourne for work almost weekly. Location was great. The apartment was very worn, not especially clean and not for me. I would not stay here ever again!

  Absolutely disgusting

  Filthy, run down, stinks of cigarette smoke, mouldy, balcony door didnt open, owner rude. Check in didnt happen until 2 hours after we arrived. Steer clear - not worth the impact on your health to sleep in such a dirty, unhygienic apartment!
