  Dangerous and UnSafe

  This was a terrible place to stay, despite the fact the room was in terrible condition it was also unsafe. The couch in the lunge was so stained with who knows what, that we put down sheets over it so that we felt comfortable to sit on it. Most of the lights in the apartment didn't go or didn't have bulbs in them. This was particular where in the bathroom they had no lights, so they had just made do by putting a couple of lamps plugged into the wall in a wet area. After showering the floor was literally alive with electricity. There is onsite reception here either so no one to complain to if you check in after 5pm, they have no after hours service. We also made complaints to the company running this and they have completely ignored the issue. Also tried to reach out to Agoda who we booked it through and they have also walked away from the issue I wouldn't stay here if you valued your life

  Affordable without conveniences

  Small no-frills apartment, close to cbd, but lacking in hotel conveniences. Single ply toilet paper (1 roll for 5 day stay for six people, 1 hotel soap) no tissues, single bed doona on double, no blankets, no lamps, no wardrobes and sparse furniture appeared reclaimed from council hard rubbish pick-up. Just found other review after staying here, which suggests either we had a luxury experience or they may have improved general safety levels.

  Modern, handy, but tiny

  Modern building that may confuse anyone not familiar with electronic access keys. Owner-occupiers were surprisingly tolerant of visitors sharing their modern tower. Handy two block walk to food and trams. Only downside are apartments were teeny-tiny, which would draw criticism from anyone expecting a hotel suite. A fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt the room on Level 24 that we stayed in, neither would a good clean of items above 5 foot, but that is being picky. Also, being a very tall building you can hear it creak during strong winds. Although it didn't bother us, there is a building being constructed next door.

  Small and poor service

  We had a nine night booking. The apartment was very small. Gave them arrival time but still had to phone for access. After some time I was instructed to obtain key from a self check in box across the street. Took 3 days before we got second key. Pool access and remote for onsite parking. Reported bathroom light not working on day 2. Gave us a portable lamp to use in bathroom and said they would report light. Still wasn't fixed when we checked out even though I had rang a couple of times. Had to ask to have room serviced after a week. Was stated in booking that it would be serviced if staying 7 nights plus. They left some clean towels, one set of clean sheets and some toilet paper rolls on the table. We had 4 people staying. Very disappointed.

  Dreadful - checked in and checked straight out

  We checked in and were a little alarmed that despite three adults were sharing the suite we only had one key between us - last occupants lost the second key. No mention was made by reception of the damage in the rooms and on the balcony - despite how dangerous the broken items were. Pictures never lie - have a look - theres lots of rooms in these apartment and they are all owned privately but the reception didnt care in the slightest once we queried the damage - they admitted they knew about it and the place was filthy
