  Good value accommodation

  We stayed a couple of nights in a one bedroom apartment - 2 adults and one child. The apartment is very small but its clean and the beds are pretty comfortable. Its an easy walk to the old town and theres a supermarket and bakery close by. It was a good base to explore Kotor but not somewhere I would want to spend too long.

  Close to bus station!

  Me & my partner stayed here for 4 nights in a one bedroom ground floor apartment. The apt block is around 20 mins from the old town, 10 mins from the bus station plus 2 mins from a supermarket & bakery. The apartment itself (apt 2) was very small with alot of furniture in it and had no balcony to sit & relax. Kitchen is well stocked with a toaster, kettle, fridge & 2 ring hob but we did have a problem with ants on the floor & on the work surfaces. The apt has a A/C unit in the lounge area plus tv and small table. The apts do not get cleaned during your stay so no new towels, no fresh bedding, no bins emptied and no extra toilet rolls. You can request an extra clean but this comes with an extra charge! Apt was quiet for the first 3 nights but on our last night the cleaning ladies were using the washing machine right outside our apt door until 23:00 so it was pretty noisy. All in all a good base in Kotor plus Novak the guy that looks after you was really nice & helpful. Thank you Novak :)

  Lovely stay

  Hello, guys! I wanted to let you know that this hotel is really close to the beach, but really quiet also. Our apartment was really big with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room. We had a tv and AC in each room. And also a balcony. The cleaning lady was there everyday. Hope you have a nice holiday!

  Very strange apartment manager, bad service

  This is a very strange place. Firstly, there is no check-in. The apartment manager will helpfully email you a few hours before you are due to check-in, when you are travelling in a plane/train/car, so you have no idea how to get in. But it's ok, the door is open, and they leave all the room keys in a little box. Then your apartment manager (Maya, I believe) will lie and tell you there is cleaning. There is no cleaning. Not even toilet rolls. But the best one is that she will tell you she wants to meet you and will turn up earlier than she says and say she wants to take your passport with her for "an hour" or "a few hours" or "some time" because she needs it in "the office". Not a photocopy, not a photo, but she wants your passport. This is ridiculous. If you stay here, do not give her your passport! She is trying to register you to pay the city tax, but she does not need your actual passport. No other hotel/apartment does this. They all just pay the tax. Instead of listening to Maya (or indeed the owner, Srdan Petrovic), just go and pay the city tax at the office yourself (it is in the old town and you will be going there at some point, it is very central). It is 1 per person per night Basically, don't stay here and deal with insane people who have no idea about check-in, registration and who are barely contactable.

  The best apartment in Kotor!

  Best Apartment when You compare price. Apartments are very big, almost new. Free Parking & Good WiFi. Self Check-in! There is also manager which is constantly available on the phone and messages, owners live house nearby.
