  Beware - can be deceiptful

  We reserved a room on line and upon arrival were greeted in the driveway and were told that there were no rooms for the night - the reservation was for the following night. Our mistake. We said that we would no longer needed the reservation then as we were heading out of town. We clearly stated that we didn't want to be charged and he very kindly said not to worry, that we would not be charged - he clearly stated he would cancel the reservation and we would NOT be charged. We thanked him, expressed our disappointment with not being able to stay there and headed out of town. He charged us the full rate. We emailed him and he responded by telling us that it was our responsibility to cancel the reservation and that he held the room for us the following night. We reiterated our conversation in the driveway, very kindly asked him to refund the charge, and he is no longer responding to us. BEWARE, our experience was all smiles and handshakes up front, but at this property - a happy customer or future customer is not his priority.

  quiet area ideal for relaxation,nice apartment and wonderful view

  The place is the perfect starting location for trips to both the Kvarner area and Istria .The apartment was clean, modern, fully equiped, with a great view on the sea. Very large parking . Special thanks for owners hospitability, they even came in main street to showed us road to house.

  great relaxing place

  Stunning view with panorama of Rijeka, Adriatic Sea, Krk and Cres islands. Beautiful garden, grill terrace and the house provided with everything you need. Marko -our host was nice and very helpful, recommended.

  Clean, cozy, wonderful view ! Very nice owner :)

  I loved the place. The location is a little complicated and its not quite easy to find it but when you do, you can rest your body and soul in there. The beds are so fresh and they smell wonderful, the whole apartment is clean and nice. :) We really liked it there. The owner, Marko was nice and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone !

  Far of our experience

  We will no using this place anymore. The owner is very, very friendly and helpful. It was clean but ground floor stinkt. Place was difficult to find - so complicated road. Narrow and difficult to drive. It is far from the sea and everything.
