Good apartment
Overall, the apartment was fit for purpose albeit a little small. We had expected it to be a bit bigger but in reality we didnt spend much time in the room so it wasnt an issue. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival and it was cleaned every couple of days. The outside area was well kept, with pool towels available daily for your use. When all the apartments were full it could get quite busy of an evening but generally with people out and about it was a good sized space. The check in/check out system was not formal to say the least but not an issue really. The family were expecting us and showed us our room quickly. Someone from the family is generally around as they live in the same block so we were able to ask them about check out. We were offered a transfer with the booking which we took up, which frankly was a shambles. Arrived at Dubrovnik airport with no one waiting for us (as was promised). After about 25 minutes of waiting I rang the contact number and after being passed around several people I was told their car had broken down and we would need to get a taxi. While I understand these things can happen, a warning would have been nice. We took a taxi (300kn) but if wed have had more warning we would have got the shuttle bus (40kn). I wouldnt recommend using the apartments transfer service. Apart from that, the apartments were really nice and in a great location only a five minute bus ride away from the old town. Id definitely recommend it if youre looking for somewhere away from the busy old town.

Good location but owners let themselves down
Good location for the old town/babin kuk/port. Sheets, towels and toilet roll not replenished at all in 5 day stay. Horrible stray cat drinking out of pool and sitting outside bedroom door. Owner demanded cash on last night when booking.com said all major cards accepted.

Would return!
For a 3 star apartment this was amazing! Room was as pictured (from my experience places often look better in photos compared to real life but this was not the case!!) Very lovely, friendly hosts who explained bus routes etc. We could see the port out of our window and could watch the sunset. There was a kettle, fridge, stoves, microwave, plates, dishes, bowls etc. Sofa, tv, aircon. The only thing missing for us was a safe but this wasnt advertised so we cant complain. Location great. Would return.

Perfect location
Perfect little room for the 3 of us, 14 year old daughter was very happy on the sofa bed for 4 nights. Location was stunning, we had a view of the harbour with fabulous yachts turning up every day. Pool was great for a dip in the evenings to cool off. The Bus stop, taxi rank and ferry port are just across the road with easy access to beaches and the old town. Every morning there is a local fresh fruit and veg market and a butcher and fish market so we did a bit of cooking for our evening meals. The kitchen is very small it has everything you need. The owner was very helpful and the family also run the restaurant below which had beautiful food. Highly recommend these apartments

Very good, superb location
Apartments were good looking and well maintained. Clean and in good location. Easy to use and handy. Free wifi, had water and juice in fridge for us. Owners, staff and their family was super friendly and helpful, interested to make our stay best as it can be. Helped with extra bedding, toiletries and late check out. Also checking time by time do we need something. Room was cleaned and all towels, bedding changed in our midstay even they could not do so - also another plus - can see they cared. Shops 2 min walk or more (depending what you need), daily market 1 min walk, bus stops etc. Also family running restaurant downstairs with tasty food and drinks, we had complimentary discount there as we stayed in apartments. We enjoyed our stay fully, but it might me a bit to load for people who loves quiet places. It has just few rooms, so not many people around. Sunshine was out all day near the pool, pool towels free to use. Would definitely recommend and go again if visiting Dubrovnik. Easy check in/out. Might be to loud for some people as restaurant /bar is on 1 side and pool on another. Also, book refundable option if you have choise, because there was no consideration about cancelling the booking thru their payment service. You can always find something to cry about, but I'm not that kind of, so all was great and thank you for making our stay as good experience. Room nr 3 :) was perfect
