  El Dueño muy encantador y amable nos dio todo tipo de información turística para nuestra estancia. El apartamento está muy limpio y completo. No le falta de nada Esta muy céntrico en la ciudad. puedes ir andando al todos lados. Pegado al casco histórico

  Acierto sin paliativos

  En pleno centro de la ciudad, encontramos este apartamento a apenas un par de minutos de la entrada al palacio. Davor, su dueño, estuvo más que dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo posible, ya fuera con recomendaciones de dónde ir o cómo volver al aeropuerto. A la casa no le falta de nada, incluyendo una acogedora terraza perfecta para el mes de junio. Por mi parte, si tenéis dudas de donde hospedaros y ésta es una de vuestras opciones, recomiendo que sea la escogida.

  Nice apartment, helpful owners and happy stayed

  We stayed for 8 days in the upstairs one bedroom apartment (2 adults and a 13 years old). For us we had very nice and comfortable stayed. The apartment was well equipped have everything you needed also excellent WiFi, good air conditioning, quiet area, good location and very nice owners.

  Great Studio Apartment

  On arrival we were met by the ownr who gave us a beer and his wife made coffee, while the apartment was being cleanerd bearing in mind we arrived at about 11.30 am. The owner gave us a map of the area and explained all the points of interest in the location, recomending restaurants shops etc. He also answered ll our questions and gave us some advice on things to do. Soon after our room was ready and we were given the key and advised about the hot water and room facilities. The room although compact is very well equipped. I have seen it described as a long corridoor which I would not entirely agree with although would understand the comment. The owner has said that the veranda upstairs was available to use which was equppd with complimentry aperitiff drinks, together with the seat directly outside the studio apartment. The studio has two doors one which opens to the courtyard and gives access to the veranda and the other one opens on to the alley in which the studio is located and fe feet of of one of the main streets. Viewing the room from the alley door entrance, on the left is sufficient wardrobe space for two people with shelves and extra blankets etc. On the right is shelving and decor. You then walk in further to find single beds and a tv on the right hand wall, both sides of the bed are two drawers. You then have a small dining area with a table and two chairs followed by a small kitchen area with hob and plenty of cooking utensils and crockerty etc. To the right of this is a narrow bathroom area with a toilet sink and shower, this also has lots of shelves and decor and includes a hair dryer. Final thoughts the room is compact but completely serviceable for two people with more than enough storage space, cooking utensils etc, a microwave would have been helpful but space is limited hence the lack of I suspect but maybe could be wall mounted. The only disappointment was that there was no cleaning or linen changed throughout the week we stayed. However would still highly recomend this for a couple wanting. to stay in Split.

  Beautiful apartment and great location

  This apartment is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the main promenade and the boat/ferry service. We had just come off a 7 day cruise of the islands and we were able to wheel our bags and walk to this convieniently located apartment. The owner is a delightful man, who takes the time to tell you about all the close sites/attractions, the bus schedules , where to find a laundry and the best beaches. We really enjoyed our 4 days in Split staying at this apartment. It is spotlessly clean and fresh. Highly recommend.
