  Fantastic apartment; great location, perfect host

  Fantastic Villa and concept, this Villa is split into 4 Apartments, connected through balcony and or veranda which can be taken on individually or in any combination required. Perfect for groups, couples and families. We stayed at Apartment Peric while attending a wedding in Dubrovnik, and I must say this was the perfect choice. Note this is in Cilipi, a short drive from Dubrovnik airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik; fantastic beaches with great swimming in the Adriatic (all a short drive, walk or taxi and shuttle ride away). We booked online; communication from Kate (landlady) was fantastic, timely response to my endless list of questions, from car hire, to beaches, to restaurants. Kate, who is very knowledgeable and personable, met us at the Villa; we spent significant time picking her brains. Villa exactly as pictured on website and better than described, all modern conveniences and WIFI, Swimming pool fantastic, overlooking beautiful countryside and fruit trees (I must say I helped my self to a few figs and pomegranates). All in all one of the best self-catering accommodations we have stayed at. Compared to others booked by our group all attending the wedding, we all concluded this to be one the best and great value for money. Beaches fantastic and quite, perfect for relaxing holiday. Supermarket, Post office, Cash Point, bar, café, and restaurant all in the village a short walk away. Kate, was most helpful and very appeared to be well known in the local community, Cilipi is a great town/village, offering good walks country path from villa to beach. -Luka beach (natural rocky beach distrant cca 1,2 km from the house= 3 min drive or cca 20 minutes walk) and Pasjaca beach- spectacular pebble beach (distant cca 4 km from the house = cca 5-6 min drive)... you can find a few photos on our site: www.apartmaniperic.com) -Cilipi folklore (Sunday morning)- Folklore events in Cilipi occur every Sunday from Easter till the end of October. At the local square in front of the St. Nicholas Church, after the Sunday Mass, which starts at 11.00 -CAVTAT- is located between the city of Dubrovnik on one side and beautiful Konavle region on the other (distant circ 7 km from the Villa). -DUBROVNIK (distant circ 20 km from the house circ 30 min drive): taking a boat from Cavtat to Dubrovnik you will experience the coastline beauties and bound directly into the old town harbour. The journey takes approximately 40-45 minutes.

  Superb Accomodation ( Davies Family Review)

  We stayed here for 7 days at the end of August, renting 2 apartments on the first floor. The appartments were truly excellent, spotlessly clean & in new condition. The private pool was ideal for relaxing by. The owner, Kate, was most helpful in every way & nothing was too much trouble for her. The property, despite being only 5 - 10 minutes from the airport was in a quiet location, approx 2km from Cilipi village where there was a curch, museum & a small local supermarket. There was also a cashpoint there. 8km away was the lovely town of Cavtat which we visited on a number of occasions & Dubrovnik was only 20km away - probably one of the most picturesque places I've ever visited! All in all a truly great holiday & we would return to the apartments again, without hesitation. Highly recommended

  Amazing

  Stunning House, with four separate apartments, but we hired the whole house as there was 10 of us,pool was amazing, the village is beautiful, there is shops and lovely places to eat in the village, the walk to the village is all up hill just to warn you, but so worth it, Cavtat is also a place you must visit, not far from the Villa, and also so near to the airport. We had a blast. If i was to make one comment on the villa, you only get a sheet on the bed, with hard pillows, a extra cover would be a bonus.

  Our Second Visit

  This is our second time back here, with the same friends, and still the best Villa, the village and the bars in the village are even better than last year, a great little pizza and pasta restaurant in the village was amazing, the pizza are huge, and this time we went to a little Olive farm a short walk from the Villa 10/10 brilliant afternoon. Kate the owner is amazing also, always there if we needed her.

  Lovely, new beautiful house with pool! Fantastic host!

  Beautiful newly built white stonehouse located in the south of Croatia. We were 2 swedish families travelling together. Although we were looking forward to swim in the magnificient adriatic sea the kids also really wanted to stay in a house with a pool. When we found this house we realised we had hit the jackpot! The pool is not very big but spotless clean and accessable. It was perfect for the kids to spend a couple of hours there in the afternoons after returning from the hot beach! Us mums swam a few laps in the pool in the crisp, lovely mornings! The house consists of 4 apartments and the house is ideal to rent for a group of friends- 4 families travelling together! The hostess Kate is fantastic! She organised for us to go by boat to Dubrovnik- an absolutely lovely experiance! She gave us useful tips about the beaches - the best one is a beautiful pebble beach, you reach it through a rocky cave and there it is- a "Bond" beach! Bring lots of drinks and picknick! Love it!! The hostess Kate even came with a Birthday cake for my birthday! Do not miss the icecream parlour in Cavtat and the spagetteria Toni`s in Dubrovnik- the best gnocci we have ever had! We truly recommend this place!
