  Rest your soul

  Me and my family had a wedding celebration here in Snjena Kraljica. First day of our arrival was around 8:30 pm and we were greeted more than well. We had a fine dinner (including traditional Croatian stew meals), pork, and fresh cheese. More than excellent, coming from southern Croatian and a waiter. I asked for sauna, and even i was a bit out of their working time, they gave me my hour or relaxation. Jacuzzi was under repair, bad luck, but still they tolerated my sauna needs after schedule and were very friendly. Salutations to Boo and Ivica, real pro waiters, their wit and good service. Marvelous kitchen as well, my recomendation would be "Lungi" (part of the pork, similiar to beefsteak, filled with cheese). Cleaning lady without hesitation ironed my pants, and did a great job. Everyone friendly, and made sure we have and excellent day. Not to mention the surroundings, but i leave that to you. Keep up the good work

  Very rude waiters

  This review is for the restaurant only, since I wasn't in the hotel, so I can't say anything about that. The waiter arrived at our table after we have been sitting for at least twenty minutes. Our friends were late, so we ordered the starters without them. The waiter said that the dishes will be ready in 25 minutes and we got the starters nearly an hour after ordering. After our friends joined us, nobody came to our table to take their order. We called the waiters three times and they always said that they'll be back in a second and never came. After I had to apologize to my friends for such a terrible choice of a restaurant, I decided that I don't want to waste another minute of my life waitting for the laziest staff I've ever seen anywhere. I went inside to pay and the waiter was shocked that we don't want to order a main dish. After I explained to him how long we had waitted, he simply said that he didn't have any time to serve our table. I went out and will never come back. Good luck with that attitude!

  Lousy service and organization

  Have been sitting for an hour waiting to be served in the restaurant ... looks like there is a serious lack od staff and organization here.... the elderly waiter just ignored us..... loads of work, though... a gentleman at the bar was nice and we had a drink and left disappointed and very hungry after an hour..... loads of dirty dishes and dirty tablecloths..... terrible and shameful.... never , never again

  Good place to dine up in the hill

  Went to play with the snow ....suddenly it was raining and the snow melted down. But I had a nice afternoon lunch in good company. The hotel serves buffet with good local food. The service was good my waiter was pleasant and polite. The prices are 100 kunas all you can eat. Not including drinks. Views are nice. The location was unique. The toilets were very clean.

  So close and yet so far from everything

  A small, sweet, friendly hotel with a good buffet meal. Prices are affordable, parking is large enough, and the environment is perfect for walking, jogging or cycling. Isolated from other facilities on the mountain, it provides a perfectly peaceful and relaxing holiday environment. And all this only half an hour from downtown. If you want extra service, there is a sauna and jacuzzi ... Good value for money.
