Outside of the centreOutside of the centre and difficult to find without GPS, this flat hotel with no spirit is peaceful when the windows are closed Room service is minimalist, but it may be useful for one night when travelling in business or family

Tolerable for overnight stayAs this was only an overnight stay for us, and we booked on the late side, we weren't very picky in our selection. Hotel is in an odd location, kind of a strip mall in a business area, and we had to pick up the key at the Holiday Inn reception. We had a place with separate bedroom and sofabed in the living area, it was quite spacious. Bathroom was large as well, with a good shower. Floors and windows were dirty though and there was a cigarette smell in the room. We didn't use the kitchen, but the old sponge and half empty dishwasher liquid bottle at the sink weren't inviting to do so either. There is a Hippopotamus restaurant in the street, where the food was standard Hippo fare, but service quite unfriendly. We paid 16 euros/ adult for the breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn, which was as expected except the eggs were cold. We also used the Holiday Inn parking for 12 euros/day as we weren't comfortable leaving our (foreign) car with our vacation luggage in the street. It didn't feel unsafe per se, but probably quite deserted late at night. We would never stay there for a longer stay, and overnight only if no other choice. To be fair, my husband and son didn't feel quite as strongly about it, so maybe I'm just too picky..

Big appartement, parkung free of charge, tram closelyI had appartement in 4th floor with living room and kitchen corner + separate sleeping room. Quite big enough for two people. There was MW tube, dish washmachine, balcony. There are no curtains inside the room on the windows, but the movable curtains outside. Tramstop of the line nr. 2 to the centre is situated 200 or 300 meters in housing site.

If you want to stay in hell...I made all my reservations online searching for free parking and air conditioning (since I would travel on summer). However, there is no air conditioning in this appartment. It is too hot to sleep here. It is a hell. I do not reccomend to stay here. Worst hotel I have already been in my whole life (note that I have already visited 26 countries and more than 100 cities around the world). They must mention that there is no air conditioning since we have more than 40 C degrees outside.

Stop over.We stopped here on our way to and on the way back from Italy. We arrived and had to check in at the holiday inn next door, the staff were very helpful. We went to our room and found that the bathroom and toilet lights werent working we went back to reception and they change us to a room on the top floor (lovely view of the mountains). The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. There was lots of space which was great after being in the car for 9hrs. The kitchen is nice and has basic equipment and the separate toilet and bathroom is a great help with a family. Free Wi-fi and lovely fluffy towels. On the way back we were on the 4th floor and had a nice view of a roof garden. We are a family of 5 and often struggle to find a hotel that allows us to all be together. But no problems with space here. Only thing I would say is the maintenance man could do with checking the rooms properly for lights and one of the microwaves wasnt working, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also I am a really light sleeper and the rooms were so quiet was a delight.
