  An exceptional host

  The property is a good standard very clean and homely with everything you need for a great stay but the exceptional fact is Manuel who looks after the property. You could not ask for a better host he is permanently on the end of the phone, beyond helpful and really cares about you enjoying your stay. Driving to and from the village at the drop of a hat, offered to take my boots back for me and when I said it was only ok then proceeded to wait for me in the village whilst I dropped them off and went the supermarket. I can not recommend him highly enough.

  Very nice apartments!!

  The best service Ive ever had!! I recomend this apartment very very much :) The service is amazing, much better than 5 stars hotels, they work for your happiness and your confort a lot, you can feel that since the check-in. Thank you very very much for everything

  We stayed at Sierra Nevada Vista for a weeks skiing as a family of four and had such a fabulous experience.We were a little worried the apartment is a bit too far out of the main town and it is a short car journey away, but Manuel and his team made sure this was never a problem. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean with a pretty special shower(!) but it was Manuel and his 5 star service that made this such a memorable trip. It was like having our own personal chauffeur andbtrabel guide on hand with Manuel, and he took pride in ensuring we were picked up and dropped off whenever we wanted. He recommended the best places to ski, sorted all our ski and boot hire very easily and even booked restaurants for us and the rest of our group whenever we wanted. He was always available for anything we needed and takes pride in the service he offers. We have travelled around the world and stayed in many great hotels but this was the best level of service we have ever experienced. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a great short ski trip in Sierra Nevada.
