  Beautiful apartments.

  Booked a week here with Tui, very good value for money. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, newly refurbished and very well equipped. The apartment complex is spotlessly clean and well maintained,also very covid safe. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great for us as we enjoy walking but could be a bit of a challenge for some as the complex is at the top of a hill. We would definitely come here again. The resort of Los cristianos is lovely, fairly quiet at the moment due to covid, but lots of bars and restaurants open. People are very friendly and welcoming. Not expensive at all in restaurants and bars.

  Lovely place to stay

  Great modern apartments, lovely living room with mood lighting and smart tv. Well equipped kitchen and nice bedrooms - the bed is a little hard but that's personal taste. There is no charge for the safe, and we were allowed to keep our room on a little longer with no charge on the last day - but I assume this is subject to availability. We enjoyed sitting in the pool area, on a few days there were some noisy families but in general it was quiet, there was a life guard in attendance who sprayed down the beds as you left and the pool rails and showers were regularly wiped down. The bar man was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms and reception were spotlessly clean and good wifi throughout. It is on a hill as some reviews say, but we are late fifties and it wasn't a problem if you are in general good health. It was about a 15 minute walk to the sea front but there is a shopping centre near by - no more than a 5 minute walk that also has bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the salmon pasta at Victoria's and the Lebanese food at Habibi on the sea front. The restaurant serves lovely vegetarian food as well as meat. I get nervous recommending places as everyone looks for different things in a holiday, but we absolutely loved here and are looking forwards to returning, we thought it was great value for what we paid, spotless and lovely friendly staff. Thank you to everyone at the Ohasis apartments for making it such a nice holiday for us.

  Lovely apartments

  We really enjoyed our stay at Ohasis! Everywhere was literally so clean and SPOTLESS! The apartments are beautiful and we had an amazing view from our balcony. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The pool area is gorgeous, just wish the pool was slightly warmer (which Im sure it will be in the summer months)! We loved the apartments and they are in an ideal location, supermarket 5 minutes away and 15 minutes into the town! Cant wait to visit again.

  Dull and boring

  This hotel had so much potential but alas is not what it is trying to be . Most the staff , if you can them them are offish and bit cold . Rooms are at first clean and minimal but after a few days they feel dull and cold with the cleaning only done on a every other day rota. If you have young children, toddlers or babies then this place is not for you . Its a health safety nightmare . Pool area is dead no atmosphere and the pool guy is a bit creepy , leering stares , especially around the females . Its not luxury its not a place I would go back to , location was good but that is it. So we moved hotels and I wish we had moved earlier . Sum it all up aswell I was 3 designer T-shirts lighter when I left , should checked before I left but hay I didnt expect my garments to grow legs . Its a shame whats going on with the island with the times we living in but give this place a wide birth . There is plenty other places which will make you feel welcome and enjoyable .

  Great apart from the sewage smell

  We travelled as a family of 4 and stayed in room 301. Decor inside the apartment is nice and modern. The beds are firm but that suits us so we slept very well. It was very quiet due to few visitors getting through all the covid test requirements. The 2 children slept on a pull-out sofa bed, which was creaky but they managed. We had breakfast included and it took a few days before we realised that there is actually a menu. We'd just been asking the waiter/chef for toast and guessing what was available. The service was good and the staff were all helpful. We didn't mind the hillside location as we like walking and used the apartment as a base from which to explore. The staff helped us to book a hire car and we summitted Teidi -highly recommended but you need to book the cable car and summit passes well in advance. The water in the pool was cool, but ok. The children enjoyed going in it everyday. There were plenty of poolside loungers and the weather is invariably good in Tenerife so it was a relaxing stay. The only problem, and it is a big one, was the awful smell that kept coming from the bathroom. When I spoke to the staff, they seemed very used to such complaints and it was described as 'toilet reflux'. It is such a shame that this wasn't sorted out when the refurbishment was done. Although the cleaners were able to mask the smell when they came, it meant we couldn't go into the bathroom and use the shower at times. We used the toilet block near reception instead as the smell in the apartment bathroom made the children gag. There is so much that's great about Ohasis apartments so it's a shame we will always remember the awful smell when we think back on our holiday.
