  Al final no nos quedamos allí

  Reservamos un apartamento para dos noches, cuando llegamos, sorpresa! Nos cambiaron a "uno mejor y más grande", un edificio viejo abrimos la habitación y horror todo parecía viejo y sucio y lo estaba, volvimos al edificio donde te dan las llaves a reclamar. Después de esperar 20 minutos a que llegara el jefe nos dijo que el Vacanza estaba lleno, que al día siguiente tenía dos apartamentos libres y nos daba a escoger. Dormir en el apartamento viejo fue horroroso, la cocina como acabada de engrasar. Al día siguiente nos enseñaron el Vacanza, por fin! Nos gustó la piscina enorme, edificios limpios, el apartamento está bien. El problema es que está en una cuesta y algo lejos de la playa con lo que si no eres de ir a la playa te va a gustar, si eres de ir a la playa vas a sacar músculo de subir y bajar. Nos quedamos con el que nos enseñaron a pie de playa, otro edificio, cerca del centro. Somos de playa. En todos los casos puedes ir con tu perro y el Vacanza está en una zona tranquila.

  Vacanza Apartments, Benidorm

  Just spent a lovely week at the Vacanza Apartments owned by Juan who was very nice and helpful. Upon arrival he showed us around the apartment and how to use the washing machine (not that we used it LOL) the microwave and the cooker. He helped us set up the wifi and safe at a very reasonable price. He gave us lots and lots of information about what was going on, restaurants and bars to visit. The apartment, although close to all the amenities was also far enough away that we weren't disturbed at night with noise from the local bars and restaurants and entrance is via locked gate which made us feel very safe. The only downside would be the hill to the apartment, I am quite fit so never found it a problem but a couple of my friends are getting on a bit so did struggle but the No. 11 bus stops right by the apartment. We were also unable to use the pool as it wasn't open due to being early season but we could use the very nice pool at the Palm Beach hotel across the way. All in all we had a very nice time at the Vacanza

  Vacanza apartment

  HAve just returned from a week long stay in an apartment owned byJuan-Pedro and can't recommend these apartments highly enough . Juan was such a helpful guy and gave great tips and directions around the area. The pool was first class with a lifeguard on duty all day although no inflatables allowed which is a good thing in my opinion . Aqualandia water park is about 20 min walk away and Juan was very helpful in getting the tickets printed with a discount . Everything in the apartment you could think of and toys for the kids if going to the beach . Juan has thought of everything if my family return to Benidorm we will definitely book to stay at Vacanza . Supermarket at the corner of the street and ten minutes from the main shopping area , although it's on a hill there is a back gate out through the pool area which saves walking the hill .Also wifi and all sky channels at a very minimal charge which was great for the kids in the evenings

  great stay in benidorm

  chose these apartments for a quiet nights sleep in the noisy city of Benidorm and got it !!! Not far from the beaten track but more residential so most inhabitants were Spanish. Juan our host was fantastic and although we arrived late at night he was there to meet us and spent ages explaining everything ! The apartment was basic but had everything we needed plus a fab view over the large pool area. Got into trouble the next day as we took lilo football can of beer and music to pool and got told off for for all of them !!! Couldn't breathe by the pool but it was immaculate !! Not suitable for hens and stags as rules were very strict ! I would definitely go back but don't expect hotel service ! Supermarket just down road and security is spot on ! We left door open one night and discovered it a couple of hours later - everything was fine !!! Thanks Juan for a comfortable stay and excellent service !

  Vacanza Apartment

  We have been renting an apartment from Juan for a number years now on a long term basis, he lives close by and is always on hand if you need anything, he will try to do his best to help you out with anything you ask. The apartment is clean and spacious and in a very quiet area but only a five minute walk to the beach and you wont have to walk far to supermarket as its just across the road from apartment its very handy indeed. We enjoyed our 6 weeks stay in in The Vacanza april/may this year and are looking forward to our next holiday later on in the year.
