  Nice apart-hotel on the cliff with nice empty beach, great for families with children.

  The main reason for choosing it was the location outside city limits next to a less crowded beach. The trees around it, the grass in the court, the small pool for the kids (useful in the after noon when you have shadow on the beach due to the high seafront). The apartment was large, with a kitchenette (which had nothing in it so you could use it, not even glasses). The food was good and cheap enough (the one we paid, not the breakfast). On the minus were the lack of anything in the kitchenette - plates, glasses, tableware, pots etc. and the late cleaning - they always arrived at our room at about 13,30-14,00 when we were back from the beach and the children were sleeping - so they just take out the trash. We had to make an express request so they could come in a day earlier to clean the apartment and change the linen. The breakfast was not really great, but was eatable. Basic English for the staff (not only reception) would be great, but we understood each other after all.

  Great family vacation!

  We have spent a week in the Aquamarine Apartments with 2 children (8,5 yrs). It was very good as we had a comfortable apartment with a kitchenette. Breakfast was great, once we tried the dinner at the hotel and that was also fine. (Normally we used to eat in the centre of Obzor). The beach was clean, lovely, and not crowded. But be prepared: you have to take 142 steps to reach the beach. It was fine with us, as the steps are in the shadowy wood, and I think it's much better than walk in a sunny road, or having a room in a hotel situated in a crowded and noisy beachfront. Obzor is near, we visited it by car (we rented one) as it was more comfortable with the children, but some of the guests used to walk in to the village center, others used to take a bus service that goes from the Hotel. A few minutes from the beach there's a small shop, where you can buy water and ice-cream, and basic food. Meanwhile I have recommended the place to some of my friends, and I tend to return.

  Excellent hotel ..great family vacation !!

  I went with family of four on 3rd august for two weeks . I read reviews and discard a lot that are picky so go with an open mind . This hotel is up a hill 500 yards from a lovely sandy beach.It is about 1000 yards from Obzor town . It is a lovely hotel ,clean ..new.. with air conditioning and large spacious rooms with kitchen and comfortable beds .The staff are lovely ..friendly and accommodating.The two waitresses were adorable and worked so hard (Alexandra and I forget the other dark haired ones name ). Rosie who is the reception manager could not do enough for us and is amazing. I am astounded by English people who say the locals are unfriendly ..You treat people nicely and you get the same back . One review said they dont clean the rooms ...ours was cleaned every day ..the cleaning staff are constantly working !! The food for breakfast was a varied buffet ..scrambled eggs sausage salad bread cheese ..I always found something to eat ..Its not a british fryup but you are not in England ..adapt ! . Evening meal was fixed menu but varied every day and good. The pool is lovely and we always found sunbeds by the pool .Nearly all the residents were Bulgarian or surrounding countries and it was heaven not to hear a single English voice complaining ..my idea of a holiday ! Ok we hired a car which allowed us to get to Obzor easier and go to waterparks ,sunny beach,the zoo.,nessebar and go into the mountains exploring ..only cost us a bit more than the taxi ride to and from the airport but depends how brave you are driving in bulgaria ! picked the car up at 3am and dropped it at 3am at the airport ..simple If you want a relaxed holiday for sun and pool every day and a walk down to the beach then this hotel is perfect I love Bulgaria and we all loved this hotel ..Thank you all at Aquamarine for an amazing stay .

  Worst ever hotel in my life durty rooms waiting for food 40mins. Staff are low with knowledge. Poor quality on food i recommended not to go.And also if you have something on the menu and waiting long time then you told me sorry it's finished better in Greece not in this durty and messy place
