Needs a major overhaulStaff were lovely but this hotel looks seriously derelict. There was a huge tear in our dirty carpet and everywhere was scruffy. Dining room looks like something out of the last century. Worst of all wifi poor.

Good for short stay but not connectedIt is a classic airport hotel. I stayed one night as my flight got canceled due to the heavy fog. The hotel provides pick up service to the airport( you have to call the front). That was convenient but it is really isolated from downtown Takamatsu. So there's nothing much to do.... I would recommend this place only if you have to spend a night near the airport. 1. . ... . 1 , .

Café operates daily till 9pmThis hotel offered pickup shuttle bus services, we called them from the airport counter, within a short time, the bus arrived. Hotel café operates daily till 9pm, nice for late arrival guests. Front desk staff spoke good English, very friendly and helpful. Onsen (hot spring) on the 8/F, I found it clean and comfortable, same as hotel room.

Searching for starsAn unrivaled location, perfect for those times Jetstar leaves you stranded for 2 days. The grand foyer boasts a double height mural of Mt Fuji (to remind you of a place youd rather be). Follow the well worn carpet past the phone booth (that only houses a microwave) through to reception. We asked for a room upgrade there but were met with a room rate reduction instead (a sign we sadly missed). Pushing on with our negotiation we managed to upgrade to their finest suite for an extra 1,000 yen. The suite was something (best seen in the dark). It featured a third bed, perfect for storing luggage and keeping the floor clear (so it could show off its fluorescent green stains in its nylon loop pile carpet). The room was well equipped, it even included a utility cupboard (that hadnt been cleaned since the rooms apricot coloured drapes were in vogue). We splashed out and had breakfast included for another 1,000 yen. One lap of the bain marie and we knew it was time for us to take our leave. Im up for a colon cleanse as much as the next person but had another flight to make in Tokyo. Will we return? Hopefully not, but the stench of the place will remain with us for a long time I expect

Overnight visitThe staff was really nice and helpful, I called from the airport and in a short 5 minutes they were outside to take me to the hotel free of charge. The place is a little run down BUT my room, the bed, floor and bathroom were very clean. The furniture seems a little too old but it didnt bother me much. The bed was reallyyy comfortable. The room had a beautiful view. Its perfect if you are staying one night and need to be close to the airport. They drove me back to the airport the next morning again, for free. Overall, a good stay.
