  Friendly staffs

  Room looks old. Only 2 mins walk from train station. Staffs are friendly and are always willing to help even. Limited space to unpack bags. Control panel has no descriptions in English. Great stay and will definitely go back again.

  Great location, Near subway exit with elevator

  I stayed here on December 9-14, 2017. The staffs were friendly and helpful but unfortunately they cant speak english, make the communication a bit hard. The hotel has a good location : 10 minutes walk to shopping area, 5-8 minutes walk to ramen alley and the most important is near subway exit (6) with elevator. I booked two double non-smoking room. My room was big but the other room was a little bit smaller. Both rooms were spacious enough for two people with big luggage. I found difficulties to turn on the wifi on my first day and the staff cant help cause they didnt understand what I was saying. I was supposed to find the wifi id and the password on the main menu of the TV. But, there was nothing. Everything was in Japanese. They only had one english channel and it was BBC News. I tried to explain it to the staff but they didnt understand. So, I just gave up. Luckily on my second day, when I was return to my room the TV was fixed. I finally could find the wifi id and password. Hooray!! Other than that, we had a pleasant stay here and will definitely stay here again next time.

  Basic 3 star fare

  This hotel was booked by our travel agent as part of our package. Hotel is located near a subway station, making in convenient for tourists using public transport. The inclusive buffet breakfast is basic but tasty Japanese fare. The room and carpets were a bit dated though all the equipment eg kettle, toilet were functioning. The bed was fine. My only complaint is the poor quality of the pillows, which was very thin, making my sleep a bit uncomfortable.

  Nice Hotel

  I booked a room for ten days during the Sapporo Snow Festival. When I first got there, both of my flights had been delayed so it was a very late check in. I emailed them and called when I got off Sapporo's subway system. They responded to both. The room was very clean and the breakfast was always very good (as were the three ladies that cooked it). Because I stayed there over 4 days, there is a Japanese rule/law, where they have to change the sheets, duvet, and pillowcases, so it was always very clean. (TIP: The Air Conditioning switch is also the heating switch.)

  Nice Hotel

  The room was not too bad, a little cramped but it was manageable. Staff was friendly and they had coin operated laundry services in the hotel. Room amenities were all basic but the pillows were very thin which felt like there was no pillows at all when we slept. Hotel provides breakfast at a nominal fee and the spread was not too bad with a mix of local and western cuisine. Location was great as well, extremely near the train station and close to Susukino with a lot of food and shopping in the area.
