Good LocationI picked this place because it was close to Odori Park where Sapporo has an annual Snow Festival this time of year. Half a block away so this was a good thing. The room was very small and the view was not of the park. The hotel looks like it could use a good repair job soon. Lucky I was traveling light because no room for luggage in the room but the lobby was storing some guests ski equipment bags in the corner and covering it up with a blanket. Not much english spoken here so have some Japanese speaker in your party or you may have problems. Wifi kept cutting out and the breakfast is Japanese and only served until 10:00 am but get there by 9:00 am because they like to close early.

Not that cheap business hotelTiniest room ever! No drawers to unpack into. Breakfast bento box OK but pricy @ Y1,400. Few restaurants near. Convenient to Tozai Line, streetcar. Minimal snow removal. Good mainly when all others are unavailable.

value dealswe got the room 415 with tripple bed that is twin bed and sofa bed. the room seem convinient enough for twin bed and two people but if the room contain 3 bed and 3 people it is very hard to open our each big baggage but we manage somehow, u can reach to their hotel by taxi with price 930 yen from sapporo station. dont walk with big luggage in the winter like our mistake because it is very tiring and u can get lost easy if it is ur first time in sapporo. near the hotel there is lawson and all u can eat buffet in another hotel in front of it. we got value price so we got nothing to complain about. what i love is their bathroom that equipt with bathtub and ecoline that is the measurement for water in tub acording ur weight. it is brilliant and i only see this in this hotel. so u dont have to guest the volume of the water and just wait the water to reach the point with ur weight written. i really love that. i like to soak in warm water after long day walk in the winter sapporo.

Just average.Stayed here for the 2 Rugby World Cup games in Sapporo in September. The is nothing wrong with the hotel, it's just lacking a bit of everything. The room was very small, even for Japan standards, the lift was quite rickety but the stairs a bit of a mess. The hotels is however easy to find and also had staff with a good understanding of English to help us with questions. There is a restaurant and breakfast but we didn't have either. The bed was comfy and the bathroom good. The room had a fridge and a kettle and a large telly (prob too large for the small room) All in all its fine, just not exciting or special.

Renovated hotelStayed here for a night. Was informed that the hotel was recently renovated and everything was nice, there were still some parts that could tell the age of the hotel but other than that, everything was great. A very normal Japanese business hotel with standard size rooms and amenities. Location is great, just a short walk from the nearest exit of Odori station. There is also an underground walkway connecting Sapporo station to Odori so you do not have to worry about snow or rain. Didnt have any breakfast or other meals at the hotel so no comments on that. Staff was courteous, and checkin was smooth and efficient. The only problem was that the bathtub of our room clogged up abit but it wasnt a huge issue since we only stayed for a night.
