I will stay here again with pleasure. The best side of this hotel is... you know, its not so often happens, when I cant say exactly one the best thing. And a reason is that this place have a number of it. First, it placed just next to a Nagasaki train station. Just in a step. If you plan to explore not only Nagasaki city, but Nagasaki prefecture or Fukuoka or Kumamoto, this is very important thing. The only moment is the hotel placed across the road and you need to use a pedestrian bridge and climb a stairs with all your luggage. So, just after exit, turn right and in 15m you will see an elevator. Second, it is nice and clean place with 1,5size bed, fridge, electric teapot, huge hvac and huge tv inside. Coin laundry and microwave are on a 2nd floor. Laundry detergent will add automatically, so you dont need to buy it on reception or in vending machine additionally. Room. Room size is not big, but normal for Japanese hotels. Really nice and reach set of bathroom accessories that are renewing daily. There are 3 sockets in a room. One in a work table zone, second in a bed control module and third (hint) under refrigerator. And third, is very friendly staff. As an example, entered a room after checking in I felt a smell of a cigarette smoke. Really, Im ok when someone is smoking, but I really hate a smell of musty smoke. And its in a no-smoking room. (Im just wondering why people doing such a thing?! If your butt is so lazy to go out, then book a smoking room!) So, I told about it on reception, lady on reception was really surprised and told that unfortunately its not possible to change it because its too late and all rooms are busy (to be honest, it was around 10pm already). But they try to find me a room next day, and now please use a deodorant. I was upset. But have no other choice. Next morning I already ensured myself, that smell is ok, and I can keep it. So, just imagine my surprise when that lady on reception saw me and recognized in a morning when a lot of people staying in a hall, checking in and out, call me and shows me a keys with a smile. They didnt forget, cleaned a room and kept a keys for me at 10am. Said that I was pleased is to say nothing. So, my resume is: I respectfully recommend you this hotel. Next time in Nagasaki I will choose this hotel again with pleasure.

OffensiveThe hotel itself is clean and tidy, however having to eat my breakfast in the adjoining Irish Pub whilst Irish Republican Army songs were being played through the music system was very offensive to me as a British subject. I doubt the Japanese staff understand what is being played as they probably just think it is Irish music. I will just vote with my feet by not returning and informing other Brits to avoid it.

Nice buissnes hotel, great location for travellers- Excellent location next to the Nagasaki Train station and bus station - Small but cosy and clean rooms - Nice Staff - Coin laundry is very useful - Luggage storage if you need But: We took the breakfasts but I think it's not worth - same every day, small and not the best, in the noisy irish pub...

A BOUTIQUE SHOEBOX WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN A VERY CLEAN STATE.The APA Hotel is just across the street from the railway station. Ideal if you don't want to carry your luggage a long way. Room price was 38 for a double which was quite good. Everything was very clean with a big TV screen. There is a restaurant / pub on the ground floor and the staff spoke good English at the reception. In general it was a nice stay. The only thing we didn't like too much was that the window could not really be opened and that the size of the room was super small. If you enter with two suitcases or backpacks it is a logistical masterpiece to arrange everything correctly.

Convenient location but.The wifi connection was horrible. Couldnt get any of our devices to connect to it properly. Location is good- just right across the train station but probably not the best if you have a car. No carpark available though there were a few parking (paid) areas nearby. Got ours for flat 600yen through the night located about 2 minutes behind the hotel. Rooms are basic, clean with all basic amenities.
