Nice, clean place to stay in Kaga.A modern appearing facility, this hotel has very narrow rooms.....maybe ok for Japanese, but for Americans, pretty tight. There was little room for luggage. It was hot in the room when we arrived. There is a A/C switch between the beds, but the desk people said there really was no air conditioning, only heat. With help from the front desk (they sent someone) we were able to open the window. The beds are quite good...good support, very comfortable. The bathroom is, no surprise, quite small...but adequate. The front desk is quite business-like. The employees spoke almost no English. Free WIFI...three different locations..the lobby, the restaurant, and the rooms. Password required for in room use only. When in Kaga, you'll do fine here.

Fine for a night, but needs some improvements.Typical APA property with tiny rooms (as expected) but a few shortcomings. The 'lock' to the spa was broken, and the staff didn't seem bothered by it - really shocking for Japan. Only one washer/dryer available in a business hotel of 200+ rooms? Had to take my laundry out of the drier while it was still damp as there was a line of people waiting behind me. No nearby restaurants meant that when the lobby restaurant is closed you are out of luck. Overall these are little things as the room itself was fine, they only stand out because APA is usually so reliable.

Economical and compact but adequate. Our double room was a bit compact but overall clean and adequate (although the walls seemed a bit thin), staff were friendly, and hotel is located close to the railway station. Overall satisfied and good value for money.

Overpriced and the room was filthy...Pretty brutal by Japan standards. I don't mind a small room but this one was pretty gross. The wallpaper was peeling off in several places and the carpet and chair were so stained you really wanted to avoid touching them. I know it was Golden Week and rooms were scarce, but they charged me 15,000 yen for this mess. If you're desperate and the price is 5000 yen a night, then maybe. It is also possible that other rooms are in better shape than the one I got, but I can only comment on the room I was given. Would not go back.
