  Wonderful

  What a treat it was to stay here, the help from staff was second to non, the peaceful ambiance, incredible views from our veranda, lovely pool to ourselves . A very good breakfast and good meals cooked individually at your request. We could observe wildlife and amazing jungle flora and fauna, the flowers smelt divine. ( no snakes or spiders) plus everything was clean. I can not recommend this enough. Such a treat to be away from the hustle and tourists, we were transferred down into Aonang for free whenever we wanted too.

  Lovely little resort

  We booked a standard double for 4 nights paying 1500 baht per night. Below I have judged each category based on what value I believe one should receive paying this tariff. Free pickup from the Krabi airport (half hour drive). Front desk: Outstanding service. The lady who maintains the front desk / check in / tour booking etc is clearly suited to the hospitality industry. She loves her guests and maintains a friendly relationship with all. Standard room: Our room was overlooking the pool and had a nice deck. The room was quite small not exactly what was featured in the pictures on Booking.com. The lighting was low and the bed consisted of 2 single beds pushed together. I see this a lot in Thailand and dont usually have an issue with it. However, these 2 beds were different in height, and one was soft; one was hard. There is a kettle, tea / coffee / hot chocolate provided. There is a mini bar fridge and a flat screen tv with approximately 3-4 channel in English (movies). An umbrella, house slippers, a safe and hairdryer is also provided. There are limited power outlets. The bathroom was a nice size, with natural light, but no space to put your own toiletries / belongings. Food: There is a restaurant on-site with a limited menu;the food is satisfactory. Breakfast is provided and you are asked how you like your eggs and there are 2 different meat options provided which changes every day. There is fruit, baked goods, bread and juices/water. Transport: You can hire a scooter from the premises, at a cost of 250 baht / day. It is a 7-8 minute ride to the centre of Ao Nang. I recommend hiring a scooter as there are also beautiful beaches nearby that are only accessible by bike. There is also a shuttle service. Tours can also be organized from here, but I found its better to go direct to the supplier of the tour as we were given incorrect information and ended up wasting several hours. Housekeeping: There was no housekeeping at all. So no replenishment of water / toilet paper / toiletries (unless you asked). Recreation: The pool is a beautiful addition and is cleaned every day. Its shaded and loungers and towels are provided. Conclusion: The service I received from the staff here far outweighed the value I anticipated. The rooms need updating, but it is a lovely location (although quite noisy as on a main street) and the staff really made the stay worthwhile. Highly recommended.

  Not good

  Not preferable. There was no variety of food. Staffs behaviour was good. No shops near by area and very difficult to get the transport facilities. Ac was not working. Staffs are very friendly. It is not good place to stay

  Apartado pero un buen rincón para la tranquilidad.

  Al llegar vimos que estaba poco iluminado y nos dio una impresión rara. Pero una vez en el apartamento ves que es un lugar perfecto para desconectar del ajetreo del día. Estar con esas vistas que ofrece a la montaña y rodeada de vegetación lo ha hecho maravilloso. La dueña muy muy cercana. Tiene servicio de traslado al centro gratuito. Muy buena hospitalidad la de ella y su hija.

  Thai dream

  Normally, the room itself wood score maximum 3 stars (old furniture, not renovated). So, why 5? Because: 1. The manager, Miss Kung, is the nicest, most kind and lovely host we ever seen traveling around the world 2. The micro-location is spectacular. Micro-jungle on a tropical green hill, you fill like in a miniature natural reservation all around palm trees, beautiful mountain view and an amazing pool near the bar 3. Breakfast varied with traditional food carefully prepared (also fried eggs and sausages every day) 4. Every day cleaning the room at request 5. Lunch and dinner menu available at request with is deliciously cooked by miss Kung 6. Free transport at arrival from airport to the hotel and free transfer every day from the hotel to the center of Ao Nang (for return you can take a tuk-tuk with 200 bath, about 6 euro)
