  Dont bother coming here and wasting your money

  I had to go back to Australia cause my mum was really sick two days into my stay and they wouldnt even refund me the money! And you even had the nerve to ask for more money because I was planning on staying extra days. Now they reckon they have a no refund policy. And when I got there they gave me the villa I hadnt paid for as per the photos you sent. The hot water and toilet didnt work. And when I question you about the correct villa that I had paid for, you told me there was none available, but then 20mins later moved me in to the one I had paid for miraculously. The villas are old and run down and not worth your time even thinking about staying there. Id probably offer you money not to stay.

  Has potential, needs a little TLC

  We stayed at this property recently for a week and, having read the reviews prior to our visit, have to agree with most of what has already been said. The good: location is not too far from everything, close walk to the beach via LV8 resort and we found it easier to get to more restaurants via scooter (a pizza from Mickey's just up the road is worth the short walk!). Service was very friendly and efficient, we had an issue with a leaking toilet and it was seen to straight away. Anything we needed (request for extra towels etc) we asked for and it was attended to quickly. We loved having a private pool to cool down after a hot morning out and about. Wifi worked well. The not so good: even though I'd read the reviews and wasn't expecting anything 5 star, we were still a little disappointed on arrival to see how run down our villa was. Nothing major, but all of the little things such as the grass not being mowed and garden overgrown, cobwebs in the corners, pool was a little slimy to get into, everything being just "sort-of" clean. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen, but it did look a little worse for wear. Daily breakfast, good number of options but don't expect anything fancy. I have to say though, over the course of our stay we kinda saw past all of that and just enjoyed the charm of the place. The villa was still serviced each day, with a good refresh tidy and fresh bottles of water and towels provided and really, we had everything we needed. My advice would be not to go with high expectations, this place is certainly rough around the edges, but we still enjoyed our stay. We kept saying how much nicer the place would be if they just kept on top of everything cleaning / maintenance / upgrade wise. Would we stay again? Perhaps, however would definitely do our research first to see if we could find a nicer alternative for the same price.

  Price of stay not worth value received

  This villa resort located in up and coming popular area of Canggu. Even though place is not very old, villas seem slightly in need of some good repair. Water pressure in shower, tub and sink poor. We had a problem with a/c in first room and got moved to another room. A/c there also not great. Food not great. Pretty simple. Fries were undercooked. Lots of lush vegetation around leaving room foe more bugs. Felt like i was always getting bitten even inside. Lots of ants and flies. Definitely not worth the price we paid even though we got upgraded from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom villa. I think i would have liked to see the 1 bedroom as comparison.

  Fantastic staying!

  We stayed here for 2,5 weeks and we loved it! Beautiful suites, very friendly staff, and the food was also really good! Every day they made fresh juice if you ordered, and you have a lot of choices for breakfast. If you go to a country like Indonesia you can expect insects outside, but the staff directly gave us mosquito spray which is very kind and worked. In the bedroom never had mosquitoes. If you need anything you can just ask the staff and they will help you. Like rent a moterbike is cheaper at the villa and they show you how it works. Also from or back to the airport they will call a good taxi for you. They made our holiday to a perfect experience! We look forward to come back soon, and stay here again!   Our stay

  Cleanliness is poor. Most of the linens , bathtub, and other stuffs in the villa has to be changed or maintained. Other than that the staffs are very helpful and they compensate us with a lot of complimentary food & services. Other than that sorry to say that you can get a better place than this.
