  Clean and rustic

  Had fridge and microwave so we were able to use as base to visit National Parks nearby. It was very reasonable with a breakfast included. Clean and roomy. I'd stay again. It's nice to have a frig and microwaves for snacks or to warm up leftover so you aren't constantly eating out during a pandemic.

  Much Bigger than I expected

  This hotel room was very large and everything was clean and good to go. It has 2 pools which was very nice even though we did not get to use them. Although, this hotel is nothing fancy it had everything we needed and wanted.

  stayed for one night while visiting grandson

  this place was disgusting.looked fairly clean when we first entered the room but when you entered the bathroom there was a heavy smell of urine,down the front of the toilet there was urine and on the floor also.hair in the tub so we wouldnt even shower there .we wont be back.

  Not What Your Thinking...

  There are many reviews that are positive, but Antler Inn is not what it used to be or what they advertise. We have stayed here several years in a row, and each year this place has gone further and further down hill. Last year we started to see the place decline and get bad: the pool was murky and cold. The hot tub was SO GROSS and had a ring around the tub, so extremely hot it would burn you!!! The carpets were getting stained, and hair was in our bathroom behind the door and in the sink. THIS YEAR is it MUCH WORSE!!! The carpets are stained, and gross. The beds are not comfortable. There is NO FREE BREAKFAST, so don't plan having a breakfast. We had friends stay at other hotels and they offer breakfast bagged to go. There is NO POOL or HOT TUB! The walls are very thin. You will hear people above you and beside you. You can hear suit cases dragged across the floor and people yelling at their kids next door. The only thing that is good is that the rooms are large and spacious. The place is quiet. It's really not worth the price you pay for a night!

  Not what it used to be

  We go to Vernal often, have stayed here many times and been very, very satisfied. I don't know if the owners changed or what, but it has gone downhill! The rooms are still beautiful, but it's the little things, like the hair and debris behind the bathroom door, some kind of white residue in the tub, no liners in the trash cans and no housekeeping service on day 2, that made me want to write this. I have no problem making my own bed (even though the comforter was waaaay too small for the bed-like a full size comforter on a king-size bed so it barely covered the top) and reusing the towels, but it would have been nice to have the trash taken out and the toilet paper and Kleenex restocked the second day. Don't plan on any kind of breakfast here either. On their website, as well as the travel websites, it says they have a full breakfast buffet, but they don't. They used to have a deal with the JB's restaurant next door for breakfast, but now, when you check in, there's a sign that says 'No buffet breakfast'. We went to JB's anyway and they still had the buffet breakfast so I guess they just don't work with Antlers anymore. It makes me sad because this used to be our favorite place to stay and these issues have nothing to do with the pandemic. Maybe if I see some positive reviews in the next few months, we'll try again.
