  very clean and friendly

  My fiance and I go to Cesme almost every summer. We used to stay at a 5 star hotels where we had our breakfast&dinner. This time we wanted to try a smaller hotel where we could have our dinner outside and try new things. I'm so glad we chose this place. This place is amazing. It is so clean and comfortable. We had a huge bad, internet access, the best breakfast, and most of all friendly owner. Everyone that worked there were so nice. I honestly felt like I was at my house with my family. I highly recommend this place to everyone . Location is so convenient as well. Walking distance to the main street, restaurants, and shops in Alacati.

  Cool Rooms/Decor

  The Good: The decor in the common area and in the rooms is really cool and unique. Some of it seemed like it could be rare antiques or at least awesome fakes. The reception was nice in a Turkish way, not overly friendly but could have been shy about speaking English. It was clean and the shower was nice and hot. The BEST part of staying here was the rooftop breakfast!!! It made my heart so happy with the fruit and coffee and different tastes! YUM! It was pretty close to everywhere we wanted to go. The Not So Good: Our room wasn't ready when we checked in (we arrived early) and we were soo tired from having traveled all night. It was EXTREMELY hot outside and all we wanted to do was take a shower and sleep. The receptionist made us feel really uncomfortable for lounging in the common area and was pressuring us to leave (probably because it is less than desirable to have three stinky, groggy travelers moping about your common area) but it was not enjoyable have to go out into the insane heat and walk around aimlessly until the room was ready hours later. Not "western" style service and accommodating behavior as I know it...although Turkey is a different culture. The place smelled weird. Kind of musty like an old persons home. Not so bad that it effected my experience but I will never forget the strange smell that was everywhere in this place.
