  Fabulous hotel

  Stayed with husband and 14 year old son for some late season skiing. A great family run hotel. We were allocated a large room with beautiful views, plenty of space for us and our luggage. The public areas and rooms were always very clean. We stayed half board and it was quite nice to have breakfast in one area (with views of the mountains) and evening meals in another. The evening meals were absolutely fantastic, all freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. It was our first time skiiing and the region has an excellent range of slopes. We started off on the slopes near the hotel but found for our mixed abilities the Bellomonte area was best with lots of blue and red slopes We would definately visit this region and stay at this hotel again.

  4 stars are too many

  As far as I remeber it was the first 4-star hotel that I visited but it was far not the best one. I went in this hotel in June with my bf and we expected more from our stay. The thermal centre within the hotel is old and there is a small swimming pool with massaging water streams with too many people in it and the massage spots are always occupied. The thermal procedure are aroma therapy and a grotto, nothing special, we left aroma therapy two minutes after because there was no air to breathe. The positive thing is a thermal bath outside, we enjoyed it a lot! We also had a room with a thermal bath and a great view from the bathroom window, the room is old-fashioned but generally it is ok, the thermal bath is a plus, the shower is cosy and spacy. The food was no good for a 4-star hotel. The price for aperitivo was different from the one exposed at the wall close to the bar (they told us that it was the old one and we had to argue on it with an elderly lady at the recption that made us understand that we are too tight-fisted). Four stars are too many, frankly speaking.

  Great vacations

  Weekly ski stay. Family hotel in a quiet area of Pozza di Fassa. Rooms with a regional decor, well-equipped, clean. Daily cleaning service. Slightly monotonous breakfasts, we missed fresh vegetables. Dinner in a royal style - 4 dishes plus dessert, prepared in a masterly way. Spa with two internal and one outdoor pools, all equipped with a jacuzzi. Very clean, spacious sauna. Hotel run by a family. Hotel staff very polite, kind and helpful. We especially liked the waiter from Romania, who had a great sense of humor. With a clear conscience I recommend the hotel to everyone looking for comfort, relaxation and peace. Thank you very much for great hospitality.

  Exelente!

  Estuvimos dos dias con mi novia, la verdad que hacia mucho tiempo no estaba en un hotel con gente tan gentil! Todo el staff siempre a disposicion, la señora que nos recibio nos explico todo perfecto, creo que se llama Ana! Relacion precio calidad espectacular! Recomiendo esta estructura! La mas cercana a las termas de QC, a 100 metros del hotel. La habitacion que nos dieron era de grande come mi casa, con vasca de agua termal en la habitacion! Volveremos! Gracias por la exelente estadia!

  Excellent hotel! Extremely friendly and helpful staff, made us feel very welcome . They have helped us with ideas for different activities in the area. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food was excellent and delicious! The SPA area and service were excellent too! It was unforgettable vacation!
