A PLACE TO RELAXwe booked this hotel based on the favorable reviews and it's location, and were very happy for that. although in the begining as retired guys of 75 years old we have worried about the stairs and the acces, but soon we saw that the fantastic staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasing, which got our full admiration. the rooms are not luxurious but comfortable and spacious enough. you should prefer the rooms around the pool which are more specious and better accessed. the restaurant is very good with perfect proffessional service. GO FOR IT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Puglian charmWe stayed at this hotel, using a timeshare swap. Given the absence of any in-room kitchen facilities, and the relative remoteness of the hotel, we were essentially in room only accommodation with few alternatives for refreshment. Not exactly what we expected on the basis of information provided during our planning. So the quality of the restaurant was important. Breakfast was good, little variation but a good variety of (cold) food. Dinner however was quite variable, although at a reasonable price for the fixed four course menu. The hotel, developed from 16th century hillside farm buildings was sympathetically laid out and furnished comfortably, but featuring many steps - which provided good exercise! The Spa, built in an small cave, looked pretty, but was inadequate. Access into and out of the pool necessitated crawling under a one metre rough rock ledge; the sauna was cosy, seating two abreast with as much room as two airline economy seats, and the Emotional shower was nothing of the sort. Worst though was the luke warm Turkish Bath with standing room only. The staff were, without exception, very approachable, reactive, and friendly and provided excellent service.

Quaint, Quite and RelaxingSwapped with Interval International timeshare and went to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It was the off season for the area but we found this as a great spot for our base. We ventured out everyday to places in the area and felt like we came home at night to a great place to relax. The staff was quite but attentive and Marco was amazing. He provided excellent service, wonderful recommendations of areas to visit and had a professional and charming personality. He was top notch!

Pleasant Stay, lovely areaStayed here in September for 10 nights using timeshare swap. Very pleasant stay. Rooms basic but clean and spacious enough. Decent size ensuite. Small fridge provided and we took our own kettle for tea in the room. Language was a little bit of an issue but our trusty app on our mobile got us through the more difficult conversations. Staff were very accommodating and did their best to help. We ate breakfast on the resort which was good (continental). We ate at the restaurant 3 times and found the food good quality and good value for the 20 euros they charge for 4 courses. Also bottle of local wine 15 euro which I considered very good for hotel prices. Would have eaten there more but we are not fish eaters and therefore some of the menus were not for us however we found out nearer the end of our stay that if you mention this they will offer an alternative. Only used the pool on the last day but made use of the shuttle bus to the lovely beach. Good beds and umbrellas provided. Beach kept clean and there was a good cafe/restaurant there with reasonable prices. We had a car so went into local towns. Found a Lidl fairly near by so stocked up on essentials for week - beers, gin, crisps. Also visited Gallipoli and Otranto. All in all a very pleasant stay
