  Nice stay

  Pluses: The hotel is great, looks even really better in real life. It has big, large rooms (we had a double), good quality furniture. Nice balcony. We also had set a crib for our little girl and we still had enough space for everything. The bed and mattress is also perfect, for those of you who need a good sleep. Everything was clean. No problems with the bathroom. Nice, helpful staff. Good, fresh food at the restaurant, maybe only a bit expensive. The breakfast was also fine for us. The hotel has special offer vouchers at Aqua Park, which I highly recommend! No need to go to Apollo strand. It's the same water and much, much better. It is also pretty close to the hotel. I've tried the pool once. It is enough to cool down or to rest/read on a sunbed, while the others maybe take a nap in the room. The water was clean. The hotel has a very small area for children. This needs clearly improvement for a 4* hotel. Maybe a nice grass lawn for them or at least, a rubber mat under the swing and slide area. Minuses: No elevator, but this is disturbing only at check in/ out when you have luggage to handle. Maybe the simple open field view, but this is not a problem. In the weekend nights, you can hear the loud live music (manele) from another hotel, although the distance is long, but it's sort of an open field... On Saturday, there was a night wedding at the restaurant. From about 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. we had to assist and hear the very disturbing and loud Maramures traditional music and people shouting and having fun... It was awful. We couldn't rest at all. You should ask if they rented the restaurant for an event, during your stay!!! I thought it was so offending for us!

  Excelent place to enjoy and charge your batteries

  Very close to the forest, fresh air, for couples and kids, with many opportunities for play joy and much more.With swimming pool for kids and for adults, you can relax and enjoy the cuisine. Very clean place above standard.

  Pleasant and clean

  It's a very nice place to stay, the room is big enough and well furnished. We liked that it was clean and quiet. It was a little to perfumed in the room for our taste and the matrass was a bit "bad" but for the rest " no comment" The staff is friendly and usefull, we got vouchers for President spa. We had breackfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was very good.

  Beautiful hotel

  Short trip with my husband and 1 year old. Location is private and silent, neat the aquapark, for wich you get discount tickets from the hotel. Room was big enough, bed comfortable, bathroom clean with shower cabin. Big plus, the restaurant is open untill 22, a great surprise for us when we arrived late the first night. Breakfast is good quality, wich a large selection. Staff was friendly, helped with everything we asked. Highly recommend.

  Very pleasant hotel

  We stayed a week off peak (November, so cannot comment about pool, and there were no children in the party so cannot comment about outside area for them) and found it a really restful place to stay. It's spacious and clean and there are good rooms for conferences. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms a good size, mattresses firm and linen beautifully crisp and clean. There is TV but no tea making facilities in the room. However you can help yourself downstairs in one of the dining rooms but English black tea bags were in short supply. ( I always take my own in Europe!) Bathroom was a tad dated (certainly not on its last legs though) but very clean. The shower unit has some sort of massage attachment and even a radio! Breakfast is a buffet with cold meats, cheeses, bread, cooked eggs, frankfurters, yoghurt, cereal and fruit. Definitely something for everyone. The aqua park and spa is a 10 minute walk downhill, and Oradea a 10 km drive. The hotel is set back from the road down a track but because the land is open, noise can travel. Not desperately bad though, a few cars and a few dogs barking now and then. Would I come back? Absolutely yes. I found it a really relaxing hotel to stay in.
