  unacceptable behaviour

  reception manager had no sense of speaking. restroom was not clean. room service was good. but the hotel should some educated people for the front office. receptionist was an unexperienced girl with no knowledge of software

  budget hotel

  stayed only for the night while going to simla its a budget hotel so no use of thinking about luxury but rooms are neat wash rooms are clean and staff is very helpful, breakfast was good but with limited variety.

  Pathetic food

  I have been staying for the last 2 days and it's shocking and strange to see the complimentary breakfast served out here.Its PATHETIC to be precise... A small suggestion to the owner of this hotel -Kindly have a recce of your chef and as Well as the food served as complimentary breakfast in your hotel.. I am extremely sorry to say that this beautiful hotel has such a poor F&B division. This is the uncooked omelette they served me...

  Nice rooms and hospitality service paramjeet (manager) given a good support and service. Environment was quite nice and properly cleaned rooms and quality room service. Food is quite good and reasonable

  Hotel Alora

  Situated in sector 34 of Chandigarh, it was known as Hotel Antheia. It's a budget hotel, with open parking space in front of the hotel. Food is available in room but with limited choices. The standard of hotel deteriorated after change of name of hotel, from Antheia to Alora.
