El tiempo de traslado hasta el aeropuerto es de una hora.Este complejo de apartamentos, totalmente climatizado, está compuesto por un edificio principal y varios edificios anexos de dos plantas, y dispone de un total de 145 viviendas. Cuenta con una preciosa zona ajardinada y de piscina, un elegante hall de entrada, un área de recepción abierta las 24 horas del día, servicio de cambio de divisa, caja fuerte y conexión a Internet. Además, se le ofrece una sala de juegos y una sala de televisión, varias tiendas, un salón de peluquería, una cafetería con terraza, un acogedor bar y un restaurante climatizado. Como prestaciones adicionales están el servicio de habitaciones, de lavandería y de atención médica. También tendrá a su disposición servicio de alquiler de bicicletas, un sótano para guardarlas y plazas de aparcamiento.Los estudios y apartamentos, decorados y amueblados con buen gusto, cuentan con salón-dormitorio, cuarto de baño con bañera o ducha, conexión a Internet propia, una pequeña cocina, nevera, sistema de aire acondicionado, calefacción central, caja fuerte de alquiler y balcón o terraza.     El peor sitio donde te puedas meter

    Si quieres una habitación que huele a humedad como para coger una neumonia en una noche, simpaticas mascotas en forma de cucarachas y ciertos empleados que se ríen en tu cara cuando vas a quejarte, este es tu sitio. Sinceramente una vergüenza, igual tienes suerte y hay otras habitaciones... Pero probablemente será el peor sitio donde duermas en tu vida. Por suerte pasamos una sola noche... Le doy un - 1.000.000.000.000 sobre la puntuación que quieras. Agia nappa no merece sitios como este. En España estaría cerrado por sanidad 150% seguro. Suerte.

    THE WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED

    The worst hotel i ever stayed. In 2019. they charge internet and aircon. Cleaning lady didn't even once clean the room during our 5 stay in 5 days. We also had ants in the room and manager don't know anything about hospitality business. Would't recommend this hotel to anyone. Receptionist are rude and they con't care about their guest. Avoid at all cost.!!!

    Don't be fooled by the pictures!

    Don't be fooled by the pictures on Tripadvisor, Expedia, Hotels.com etc!!! When we booked a room with this hotel, the pictures were nice and promised much more than in reality. Our room was located at the top of the hill, in a building beside the "main" building where we checked in. Nobody walked with us to show us the room, so we were having a hard time finding it! Once found, we walk into this room on the bottom floor, and see that nothing has been changed or cleaned... We told the receptionist, an unpolite man, about it and told us to "go out for a walk", so that it could be fixed. We were so in shock that we didn't want to come of as whiny that we didn't mention the state of the room when cleaned. Old beds, no air-co, no towels, not even toilet paper!!!!! Also, there was this clock right next door, that woke us up at 7/8 am every morning. Could've atleast giving a warning right?! We had to pay for air-conditioning, 50 for the week, but the thing wouldn't work. The guy told us to give it a few hours, because it had been off for some time. Hours went by, and still nothing. He had to come again and said that he can't find a problem and "just give it some time". We, me and my boyfriend, aren't whiny people and are almost ashamed to complain, hence the reason why we didn't get our money back, or even a change of rooms. All I want now is to prohibit anyone being fooled by this hotel, and owners. They really don't care about their customers, and their personel is great at showing it!

    Vile - avoid

    Booked one week holiday stay in a Self Catering studio but had to cancel my booking as what I came across was horrendous. The mold in the cupboards, bathroom, the dirty air conditioning unit which was not even working properly. The sofa was covered with dirty spots and the sheets on the bed had yellow stains. The hob plates were rusted. All furniture old and smelly with huge discusting stains. To top everything up there were cockroaches running on the floor and hiding in the cupboards. When I made a complain to the reception staff I was put on the phone with Jumbo Tours agent who told me I could upgrade my room with additional payment. After I finished my call with the agent and spoke to the hotel Manager, he told me that there is no available rooms to upgarde my booking! He did provide me with another room where at least there were no cockroaches but the standard of the room was the same as the first one. I survived the night there as it was too late to find another hotel but I cancelled my booking and I left this horrible place first thing in the morning. To everyone out there who cares about general and personal hygiene please AVOID this accomodation!!!

    Last year's holiday

    I saw bad reviews of this hotel after booking it last year But I needn't have worried I stayed for 25 days the room was basic but it suited me I normally stay at crystal springs but for this length of time couldn't afford 6k so I went for this option few teething problems witch sorted out myself the room was cleaned daily the staff were amazing friendly and helpful I had to to travel to protaras every day that was the only downfall but would stay thear again no problem
