Antero is the best hotel in Jababeka. We are an Australian family and stayed 10 nights at the Antero Hote. The staff truly are the most kind and caring you will ever find!. Special mention to Rehuel -he is an outstanding gentleman - so genuine about caring for guests - his customer service is of the highest quality - that you would expect from only the finest hotels worldwide. The foyer is light, open and breezy and we had the best nights' sleep at Antero then we have had in years. Unlike other hotels there, Antero is in a quiet area, yet so close to the world class golf course, fresh markets and other attractions. Our two rooms were cleaned spotless. The TV had a lot of variety. The breakfasts were delicious and the chef cooked your own requests! The pool is great - and mostly undercover - yet light and you can still see the sky. As well as the hotel restaurant, Antero owns 2 restaurants only a few metres away. We loved Lvy restaurant!. A beautiful Indonesian and international menu. Again, the entire staff here were amazing. Special mention to Lina - such an alert, friendly and vibrant hostess and the excellent pastry chef, Joshua. To the entire staff of this restaurant and the Antero hotel - we will never forget you. I recommend you stay no where else - don't even bother looking. Antero will surpass all your expectations! We miss all the staff so much. What a fantastic hotel - you really feel the warmth of home while you are away. We will be back very soon! Jennifer Donohoe

Staycation after Social Restriction Covid19Experiencing your day in this hotel to refresh your mind and enjoying the pool itself. This hotel offered you many choices and of course with affordable cost of your stay. Love the 2nd floor, Antero Hotel Jababeka has their own Coworking Space to all guests and you can do working stuffs too during your staying. In fact, I chosed this hotel due to their cowork space was available. The food and beverages were affordable too. You can dial to order room service menu and enjoy your meals. Fully recommended for staying if you are in Jababeka Area. Grazie. A presto!

Great hotel but desperately in need for staff trainingWhile I would still recommend this hotel, I would also recommend the hotel to upgrade their staff training. First of all, in terms of facilities and price during the pandemic, this hotel is a steal! Value for your money indeed! Superb facilities, spacious rooms though they could do a more detailed cleaning (found strands of hair on the floor and in the shower when we got into the room), amazing pool, amazing kids playground, and they even have free bikes and scooters to use. Breakfast was mediocre though for the price we paid we were quite satisfied with it. Now, getting on to the service part. In the era of pandemic they were quite thoughtful to provide countless of hand sanitizers all over the hotel. But one in particular outside the restrooms near the swimming pool was really dangerous. They didn't do enough regular cleaning that there was a build up on the tip of the pump. This had got the hand sanitizer sprayed directly into my eye and not into my palm since they put the bottles quite high to keep them off children reach. No need to ask, my eye felt like burning (well hand sanitizers are practically 70% alcohol or more). Luckily it was outside the restroom and I can quickly wash it off. Now, naturally I told the FOs about the accident so that it wouldn't happen to anyone else. One of them, the young one, quickly went to check the bottle in question and the other one, the old one, seemed to still be in shock and confused as of what he needed to do next. I heard him talking on the phone with probably the supervisor or manager and caught a silent laughters in their exchanges. No apologies offered whatsover until now. No care as simple as eyedrops or boorwater was offered that made me questioned him why he didn't respond well. He was confused and I said no need and I just asked for my deposit since I was getting annoyed with their response. The one who checked the bottle came with the bottle and his supervisor on duty. The supervisor asked me what happened and I told him I got sprayed by the HS. He looked at me and another HS they provided in the FO. I pressed it and it went ok since it was clean and his first reply was "but the HS bottle there is just the same" with an are-you-lying-or-stupid kind of look to me. I was immediately got offended and started to tell him off if that is really the correct way to respond to a guest problem (in English not in Indonesian since I was really that angry). The HS was provided by the hotel and it was their responsibility to clean and check so that there will be no such incident. The HS bottle in question was there and the FO who took it had just cleaned the tip that had quite a build up and had caused the HS to sprayed horizontally as opposed to vertically. I told him that it was because the bottle hadn't been cleaned that the accident happened. He could not blame it on me because he could see the bottle right here now. The young FO quickly apologized and tried to respond to me in English that it was his fault. I said the absent of regular cleaning was his fault but this ignorant supervisor response was not his. And he was the only one who apologized to me and not the others. I told them that the first time I came I didnt raise my voice and I informed them of the incident so that no such thing would ever happen again. He agreed and I told the supervisor off that if he thought this incident was just okay then he probably should try to get the HS into his eyes. The supervisor was just standing there lost of words and I told him that this hotel should really consider re-training you. I told them should bad things happened to my eye I would come back and ask them for their responsibility. Yes, it was mean but necessary.
