Close to campusThis is just a very average place to stay. The whole hotel needs to be updated but it is very close to Embry Riddle campus. It's nothing special but we have actually stayed in worse places. A short drive to Chino Valley for Starbucks. There is a convenience store adjacent to the hotel, literally sharing the same parking lot. I'm not sure you can get closer to campus though, and that was the only reason we stayed here.

Okay stayIt was an okay place to put your head on a pillow. The furniture is really old and both beds sounded like rickety, creaky old wood every time we moved around. The shower head is only about 5' high. I'm 6' 2", but even my wife, at 5' 2" had to bend over & the water came out in a trickle even when turned all the way on. Don't think we'll be staying again.

AwfulI do not know how this property has a 4 star rating, AND the pictures shown are NOT what we experienced. It is basically a converted office space? Or something, only super bright fluorescent lights, no lamps or other lighting. Cheap plastic vertical blinds that didnt close all the way. Wires hanging down from the TV, smoke detector off the wall, awful.

QuietFriendly staff. Clean. Quiet. Not much around here to eat at but was comfortable and clean. No frills but nice. Would stay there again. Reasonable rates. There is a convenience store next door but thats about it that is close. Eat before you get there

THEY ARE THIEVES!I stayed one night at this hotel (12/16/20). Two days later (12/18/20) I received a call from a woman who told me I had left something behind in the room. She then proceeded to describe drug paraphernalia and accuse me of being the one to leave it in the room. She then asked for permission to throw it away to which I responded "yes please throw it away because it is not mine." The next day (12/19/20) I had an unauthorized charge for $150. I called the hotel and was put on hold for a long while until I was then hung up on. I called back immediately and they said that I was being charged for doing drugs in the room and that was against their policy. I told them again that it was not mine and I was willing to prove it. I only had a carry on bag coming from the airport and was timestamped. It shows that I would not have time to buy drugs after leaving the airport while also being in a town I've never been to. I was lastly informed that they would look further into it and get back with me by Christmas at the latest. It is now the 28th and I have yet to hear from anyone. They are clearly lying, stealing, and taking advantage of people that live a distance away in hopes to get away with it. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my lawyer if this is not resolved immediately. In that case. not only will you be refunding my money but you will also be responsible for my legal fees as well as whatever measures are taken to prove that this drug paraphernalia is not mine and i do not do drugs. On a separate note, it also goes to show that they are doing an unsatisfactory job at making sure the rooms are being deeply cleaned after each guest. This is always an unacceptable practice, but during Covid it is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I have all the proof I need to show my innocence and have my money returned and this company will be hearing from me until it is resolved completely.
