  Great friendly hotel ski in ski out!

  After spending 10 days here as a group of 11 I can highly recommend the hotel, very helpful staff with great facilities. The boot room and lockers are fantastic making the ski in ski out very easy. The spa staff were also very experienced, I had a few massages at the hotel which were very reasonably priced and gladly received after a days skiing, considering we were there the busiest week of the season nothing seemed to difficult for the staff to arrange including ski hire and lift passes. We also had a couple of illnesses and a damaged shoulder in the group and the staff were super helpful in getting the right information and checking we had everything we needed! A great time was had by all will be booking again next year!

  Great hotel for a family and friends ski holiday

  We have been to Anova many times now and it is such a great hotel, the staff are all very attractive and very friendly and helpful too!!! The service in the restaurant and cosy bar is top notch too, the location of the hotel is second to none for ski in - ski out. The rooms are lovely, some with great views of the mountains. We hope to be back again soon,

  Lovely hotel with character

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Anova. The hotel is not too big, and is tastefully decorated with lots of character and friendly staff. Pros Cosy and nicely decorated Excellent breakfast in restaurant with a beautiful view Pleasant bar area Nice pool/spa area Quirky bedroom set over two levels High quality restaurant Ski lockers etc Cons Location-on the outskirts of the village in terms of restaurants etc. The restaurant is too pricey to eat at every day, unless you get a good half board deal. The spa is only free of charge in the mornings. We would recommend it, that said. The only things we would change is that it would be good if the shuttle bus (nothing to do with the hotel obviously) ran in the evening, even if at a reduced timetable as we liked to go into the village-its not a long walk, but with children who are tired and cold it would have made it easier. Also, it would be great if the bar served snacks as without self-catering facilities your options were limited without walking down to the village as Ive said. The spa being free of charge in the mornings only may be better with a booking system for free slots instead of the (hefty) fee for afternoon use!

  Nice with atmosphere

  On a 3 day stay, hotel offers very nice architecture, rooms well furnished, great terrace and views, good spa, etc... staff is friendly and available, nice lounge bar and restaurant (quality maybe not excellent but perfect for a good dinner). Definitely to recommend, for a relaxing stay or hike in the surroundings.

  4th time at the hotel

  My partner and I really enjoy returning to the hotel. The decor and style is to our liking. Rooms clean and modern! Great terrace to take in the views (summer and winter are equally as breathtaking!!) In the winter, the boot room being heated is amazing for your stiff feet too! Having a ski rental just underneath the hotel is amazing as you can boot up and literally ski straight out! Everyone is helpful. the hotel even sells ski passes too! Were not a huge fan of the restaurant when tried during our stays, its just not to our palate. However there are plenty of places to try out in the village, we always try to eat everywhere at least once! Parking is expensive under the hotel, but really worth it in the winter months to keep the car safe and snow free! The spa has always had a free time and then a charge time. It used to be free a few years back till 2/3 (hazy memory) but now its 10-13:00 which is quite restrictive charging 20 per person after this time. There are so many other spas in the area now that offer wider facilities for a similar price. Im hoping when We return next things might have changed slightly.
