  Wonderful Stay

  Ann and Andrew as like the majority of Robe residents, were some of the most hospitable humans I have ever met. There accomodation was beautiful and everything was just amazing, a great nights sleep and feeling very rested. Flying in from Aldinga, we got stuck an extra night, Ann & Andrew were very accommodating, offered to pick us up and drop us off if needed, absolutely gobsmacked and so appreciative of their kind heartedness. I look forward to coming back to Robe and staying at Ann's place again. Thank you for the wonderful stay. A forever grateful, Hani

  Perfect place for a nights stay

  You cant beat the location nor the friendly laid back hosts! Perfectly located at the top of town you can walk to a secluded little bay and in to all the pubs and restaurants. Not too close to the pubs for it to be noisy and lovely separate rooms. Ann and Andrew are fantastic hosts and so accomodating about arrivals/ departures- we didnt realise what a hidden gem Robe was! we will be back soon!

  Hosts make you feel very comfortable.

  It is a shame we only got to stay the one night but thoroughly enjoyed our time here. When we were unable to get into the very popular Seafood Restaurant, our host suggestion of the local pub just a few doors away was perfect - meal and service. Cooked breakfast in the morning was perfect whilst looking out at the wonderful view. The room was lovely and clean and a very comfortable bed. We can see why everybody rates this B & B so highly.

  My wife and I enjoyed 5 nights staying at Anns Place in Robe this summer. Robe is a charming & historical town with much to offer and our stay at Anns Place was just right for us to enjoy the area. The location was perfect - opposite the foreshore and only a couple of minutes walk to cafes, shops, bars, restaurants & the beach. Carolyn & Andrew were marvellous hosts and their hospitality, personal attention to detail & friendly company certainly enhanced our holiday. The accommodation / rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable & spacious and the lovely terrace outside our room (no. 1) was perfect for our pre-dinner drinks while enjoying the view across to Guichen Bay. Breakfasts included simple, but fresh home made cereals, yoghurt, fruits & filter coffee / tea and the perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, tomato & home made toast were a great way to start the day! The cosy lounge / dining area with views to the foreshore was just right for eating, reading or just relaxing by the fire. I would thoroughly recommend Anns Place to anyone who wants to enjoy their time exploring Robe and the Limestone Coast of South Australia. We will definitely return! (Rod & Cheryl)

  Great B&B in every way

  Anns Place is well located within walking distance to Main Street and all restaurants, beautiful outlook over Guichen Bay, comfortable & spotless accommodation, but most of all Carolyn & Andrew are great hosts and so welcoming. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts which were so well prepared. We stayed 2 nights, but would have been happy to stay longer..would love to do it all again next time.
