  Convenient enough

  Arrived late and they had sorted out late check in. They had upgraded us to a 2 bedroom room, but specifically stated that we could only use one bedroom and one bathroom otherwise we would be charged extra (what is the point of the upgrade then? Also a bit gross that they would only clean one room after someone has stayed there). They charge a holding fee (which is standard) but it takes far too long to get refunded (5-10 business days) and I don't particularly understand why it takes so long for something that is easy to get refunded anywhere else. Carpet was revolting. Bed was decent enough. If you have a room facing the hospital, noise is a serious problem (eg. traffic, ambulance etc) and makes sleep difficult during the night. Water pressure for shower was ok, but the toilet tap would only hold pressure for a few minutes. Theres no air con in the lifts or hallways, making it stuffy and smelly. Parking was extra and you had to use car lifts which is the most stressful thing I've ever been through with a rental car. You have very limited space to manoeuvre into and out of the car lift. Most customer service employees were lovely to deal with, but one service person (I'll leave the name out) seemed to make everything more difficult and wasn't particularly helpful. Other staff were able to sort everything out promptly.

  5* STAY IN ANNEXE APARTMENTS

  Stayed in Annexe Apartments for 3 months and highly recommend it. The staff were extremely attentive, accommodating & easy to communicate with. The rooms are in pristine condition & hygiene is reinforced throughout the building. Ideal location as train station nearby & close to shops. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again in the future.

  Comfortable and very clean

  We stay here for two nights every eight weeks for my husband's treatment at RBWH across the road which is very convenient. Bronwyn is very friendly and most helpful to us. The apartments are quiet and very secure and can certainly recommend anyone to stay here.

  Hospital prep

  A place to stay close to the hospital is really the only thumbs up I could give it. On arrival they had lost our booking and had to prove we had booked, which we did. Room was adequate at first impressions. Once settled in I noticed a plastic shopping bag wrapped around the smoke alarm, when I turned the a/c on I found out why, it stank of stale cigarettes. Day of checking out received early call from hospital so left in a hurry accidentally leaving some clothes behind in the washing machine. When I realised I rang reception straight away but was told room had already been cleaned and nothing found. They turned up late that afternoon still in the washing machine (wet). So much for the extra attention to cleaning. There is other accommodation within 50mts.worth checking out.

  Convenient, friendly ,clean

  This is our second stay for medical appointments at RBWH. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially when we were caught in traffic and required instructions for late check in which went seamlessly. Comfortable, clean and walking distance to the hospital makes for a stress free stay. Everything required is provided including washing machine and dryer. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
