  Thank you for an amazing staying!

  The hotel is amazing and the staff was very professional and friendly. We stayed in Anna Grand for our wedding. I recommend the breakfast, pool & spa area and the rooms with view to the Lake Balaton. Everything was amazing!

  Pleasant late winter wellness

  Our stay started by a pleasant surprise, as our room was located in the recently refurbished groundfloor wing of the hotel. Actually, it turned out to be a spacious small suite with separate bedroom, tastefully designed according to present day standards. Despite of the cold weather, the heating provided most agreable temperatures both in our room and in the hotel. The Swedish-table, delicious menue for ad libidum consumption was beyond our eating capacity. The wellness amenities were also O.K., though for the case of a full-house, the pools could be larger. All in all, a very pleasant stay in a very pleasant hotel, that ccan be warmly recommend, even in the cold winter days.

  On the photos everything nicer...

  Stayed here with my husband for a wellness weekend, first floor, room no 116. Using of the wellness facilities was free, for everything else you have to pay (Parking!!, Billiard, Bowling, Gym). The part of the hotel we saw was run down, in our room the carpet dirty, shower leaking, when used half of the bathroom was in water. Otherwise the bathroom was clean and well equipped. We had half board, the selection was little but delicious, except the cakes which were terrible bad quality. For all the drinks you have to pay, there was not even free tabwater available. Staff on average ok, male waiters not friendly, without a smile. In the wellness area, the windows so dirty, hardly could see through, in the sauna area water supposed to run in a japanese style decoration, no water, only rubbish inside. But what is worst, the tiles in the wellness pool were full of mould! Disgusting. In the jakuzzi (for 2 person only) half of the plastic cover around it missing or broken. I'm not recommending this hotel at all. Maybe different in summer but we will not give it another chance.

  Appears nicer than it really is

  At first sight, this. looks like a fantastic, luxurious place. But the longer you spend, the more relaize it is anything but. The refurbishment was done on the cheap and it's simply mediocre. The furniture is cheap, the carpet is cheap and the lobby is unimpressive. The food is unfit for this hotel category but the wellness section is quite good. All in all, there isn't anything wrong with this hotel but the quality and the price range are not in harmony.

  Simply overrated

  Have been to this hotel 4 years ago and it got worse. The room would need urgent significant renovation. Walls are dirty, mattress was disgusting. Thanks God I did not catch an infection. There is a service charge on simply everything you consume, even on a bottle of water quick in the spa. They are sometimes even ridiculously overpriced even on a hotel level you would expect. Not even the rooms but the entire hotel needs serious renovation. At least you would pay attention for cleaning the carpet at the main staircase which all guests can see. Overall paid over EUR 2000 for 5 nights stay with 2 another people.... I do understand that you try to catch up on lost money due to Coronavirus... But look at the mattress I attached a picture about. Would you like to sleep in that? Asking for another room? You were fully booked out due to public holiday and Miss Balaton event. Was my last stay, never again.
