  Dias inolvidables

  Esuvimos con mi pareja en Julio del 2013. el lugar increible, limpio decorado finamente hasta el ultimo detalle, la gentileza de Carla, Anna & sus maridos ecepcional. Nos recibieron con un grandioso aperitivo con jamon casero...y diferentes tipos de vinos. Cada maniana Carla nos despertaba con medias lunas...realmente una semana de relax y placer. Gracias por tan hermosos dias!!!!

  Superb!

  Fantastic location and facilities. Beautiful apartment, private terrace and pool which were all of a very high standard. Air-conditioning was really appreciated too. The owners, Carla and her daughter, did everything they could to make our stay really enjoyable. Breakfast available with the most delicious home-made cakes! Thank you Carla and Benny!!   Quintessential Beauty

  The resort is the quintessential of Italian beauty and hospitality! Its a splendid mansion surronded by trees, scented roses and fields ! The pool is stunning and the rooms are beautifully decorated with Italian Touch! Every room is equipped with a kitchen even if breakfast is served daily with a small supplement and its delicious ! You need a car to reach Perugia ( 15 minutes) and the famous Assisi is only 10 km away! The restaurant proposed by the host in the vicinity, Umbricellocdel Coccio , is delicious with a stunning view! We will defintely come back !

  Wonderful Experience!!!!

  My family and I just returned from 3 week stay at this charming beautiful apartment and all I can say is we had a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Carla the owner was just so sweet and friendly. Her hospitality was over and beyond what we expected. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with our 2 kids and it was very comfortable and spacious. Also had a kitchenett with all the kitchen needs available ( plates, cups, utencils and much much more). The living room area was was very big and well furnished. My family and I were very comfortable during out time there. I highly recommend this resort. Also the pool is so gorgeous. Just a 5 star all around. will be definitely stay here again. My kids already miss it and were calling it home when we were going around in italy....that's how comfortable they felt. Also close to a beautiful lake which is a must go if you are stying here and a nice mall. Thank you to Carla and her daughter Benedetta for a great experience.

  Wonderful stay & superb hospitality

  Resort The resort is fantastic. The pool is beautiful and a great size - really high quality finish which is so rare to see with excellent deck chairs allocated for all guests. Our room was more like an apartment, with space to cook, eat indoors and outdoors in privacy and a lounge area. Bathroom was a superb size and really high quality finish again - I want a shower like that at our house! Location The location excellent - a short drive from Perugia, a big shopping centre nearby to stock up the fridge and some handy restaurants a 2 minute drive. Battibecco was a great option for some good quality low cost food with a wide menu. The lake is a 10 minute drive away and is stunning. Highly recommend cycling around it and checking out the different towns around the perimeter. Castiglione del Lago is beautiful with a surprising number of restaurants up inside the castle/old city walls over looking the lake. Highly recommend also going to Da Massimo for dinner which is a 10 minute drive from the resort. Its clearly a local favourite so book! Amenities Pool was superb but the big win was the e-bikes which we didnt know they had when we booked. Theyre very good quality e-mountain bikes (Im a very keen cyclist). Theyre a brilliant way to get out and see the stunning local countryside properly and when the hills are a bit much the battery can zoom you up even the steepest hills. There is a great network fo cycle paths which make it even better. Hospitality Francesco and team were attentive, nothing was too much trouble and everything done with a smile. They even offered to pay our parking fine from a mistake when renting a boat on the lake and just added it to our bill. Really nice staff. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
