  Fantastic service

  Stayed here last two years around corner in apartments, bar is super friendly and oz, sesai and Byron can not do enough to make you feel welcome. Going back July this year and staying in one of the rooms.

  Excellent stay again at the Anna

  Today is our first full day back after a fantastic week staying at the Anna. The rooms are very well laid out with good comfy beds and great airconditioners for the roasting nights. The showers have plenty of pressure and are great after a long day out. Anna have a lovely pool and gardens even with some jungle gyms and a slide for the kids. Anna have some great staff. Always taking time to talk to you and make you feel welcome. The food is excellent. We had some of the best meals of the trip at the Anna and their chef Byrom certainly knows how to cook a good steak. The bar is always very lively and you can benefit from a game of pool with the barman Oz (he will probably beat you) or play darts with Sezei ( he will also probably beat you! ). Now and then when sport is on they also put this up on their big screen. The Anna is in reasonable proximity to Chalis beach and center (10-15 minute walk) and is on the main bus route to Fethiye (10-15 mins in the bus) there is a small shop opposite should you need any food or supplies. Overall a low key little gem of a place to stay with guaranteed relaxation that won't cost you the earth.

  Pinocchio (Oz)

  I'm Our apartment was booked three months in advanced for three adults. We requested a pool view and Oz (the manager) said "no problem!" On the 31st of August we contacted him to tell him that there was going to be four adults arriving and he said "yes that's fine we have an apartment that sleeps 5." We arrived at 11pm after 12 hours travelling to be dragged out of the transfer taxi and taken to our big cupboard, our apartment, where we passed a 7ft Pinocchio that terrified us with dirty ceramic animals and two fish ponds (our pool view) where we found four 2ft beds. We struggled to get into the cupboard with our cases due to a beer barrel which was set up as a table with four chairs and a bed that was wedged between the front door and a fridge that was impossible to open. During our short visit my Sister went to use the toilet and it fell off the wall. She then tried to get out of the bathroom and got stuck inside due to the bathroom door being cemented shut with dirt. My Nan went out onto the window ledge of a balcony and got stuck there because it was that tiny and she's not overweight. The wardrobe was a box with a door on with no coat hangers inside but that doesn't matter because we couldn't get our cases in the cupboard anyway. When we approached Oz he looked genuinely surprised that we wasn't happy even though he gave us the tour of the cupboard and said "IF anyone checks out tomorrow we could take there room" My Nan then asked him to bring our cases down and order us a taxi we then travelled 80 miles to marmaris. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! DONT BE DECEIVED BY THE PHOTOGRAPHS AS OZ IS STOOD ON THE TOILET TAKING THEM. Aside from the cupboard the young boy who helps out behind the bar was very helpful and welcoming.

  Another relaxing stay

  Our 4th visit to this great little Apart Hotel, we keep coming back not just because the apartments are so reasonably priced, clean and roomy and have a washing machine (which means we can travel light), but because Sesai and his team are so genuinely friendly and helpful -nothing is too much trouble. Great little pool and friendly bar area with great atmosphere. We only had snacks from the bar but the toasties are fantastic too! We are back out again to stay in October.

  Terrible, photos outdated and some not even these apartments

  Party of 4 booked 2 s/c rooms with view, they gave us a 2 room apart with double bedroom,1 single bed and sofa in eating, sitting, living area, table was a beer barrel with cloth on. Room was situated at rear on ground floor with a view of air conditioning unit. We complained, 1 couple were moved with promise to move others the next day, which they did after moving a young Turkish family out of a room. The whole building is outdated and very tired, the outside gardens which seem to be a big selling point on all websites is extremely overgrown, the wooden gazebos shown on photos to be a romantic place to eat, have now been netted by local residents, who seem to occupy most of the rooms, and are used for eating/meeting, 1 for drying washing and the other is where a man slept every night. I have absolutely nothing against local people and in fact found them to be very nice, but I was not expecting to be drinking my morning coffee with a man fast asleep in the garden. It was uncomfortable and we felt we intruding on their private lives. WARNING TO PARENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN apartments are situated on very busy dual carriageway with no gates, the play area is a giant cat litter tray and the gardens have lots of fall/trip hazards. The water features are just stagnant mosquito breeding grounds. The pool and pool area has cracked tiles around with dirty loungers, which wasn't cleaned once during our visit. They are approx. 15/20 minute walk to Calis Beach along back roads with no footpaths and 10/15 minute taxi from Fethiye, there are no bars/restaurants nearby
