  Disgusting

  On arrival there were a lot of children running around in the car park and vicinity also very noisy. Also several adults lounging around outside and in open door ways.ap Appears this place is used as emergency housing for winz. Seems like these people have taken over the place. They do not respect other guests. We checked out after the first sleepless night when they were partying all night and were very noisy drinking all night and still drinking at 8.00am. Avoid this place at all cost there are much better places in Hamilton as we found out.

  Be careful!

  Pulled after after a long day driving, $200 for the night! Should have moved on to somewhere else. Room clean and tidy but mould in bathroom. Car park untidy with rubbish laying around, full of children running around - with no care for traffic or other guests, adults lounging around. Appeared to be long term residents. Parked our car in supermarket car park across the road. Find somewhere else to stay for the night!

  Don't bother staying here.

  Wanted somewhere quiet. Stayed at motels near hospital while my husband was having monthly treatments at hospital. Previous motels had people staying who were swearing & talking loudly and kids running around til late at night so thought this 4 star motel would be quieter. Wrong! People smoking, noisy & toddlers running around using the carparks as a playground. We could have easily run them over if I didn't get out to direct my husband to dodge around them with the mother shouting abuse at us. Office staff ambivalent about it. Pool wasn't available in spite of website stating it was.

  Three bedroom unit

  Booked a 3 room unit for one night. Very spacious with comfortable beds. Two bathrooms, both with barely luke warm water. One bedroom with no curtains. Towel rails hanging loose. The whole place shows deterioration with washing hanging on balconies, boom boxes going on balconies with children tearing around the car parks on scooters and bikes until well after 9pm. Room was clean but smelt strongly of cleaning fluid. Have used this motel for many years but unfortunately it seems more like a boarding house now.

  Terrible

  also emergency accomodation. Lots of kids running around til well after midnight while parents partying, drinking, smoking and loud music on balconys and carpark areas. noisy, cockroaches, rubbish lying around grounds and rooms poorly maintained, one of the bedrooms had no curtains, stained carpet. terrible experience. room backed onto laundry, we could hear all conversations and see everything thru gap in door. Not very comforting as this means our privacy was as compromised as theirs. All in all... never again
