  Amazing

  We stayed here for Paskerville Field Days. The staff were very friendly and the service of high quality!! The bar area they have happy hour that lasts 3 hours. They have special events on that they include everyone. The room was very clean and made up everyday to a high standard well done house cleaning team!! They were totally blown away by TED yes the bear he even talked to them they were totally amused by him. The Restaurant was amazing and the salad bar was absolutely delicious!! We loved the pies more like gourmet pies full of flavour and goodness well done chief and your team. Absolutely loved our stay here and will visit again. Keep the good work up guys you are all amazing!!

  Don't go there!

  It's 3am and three couples are all in the room next door. The walls are so thin we can hear every word. There' s lots of swearing. We are two older women with husbands at home, afraid to ring the motel after-hours number, because there may be repercussions. There are refurbished rooms in the motel. This is not one of them. The sagging queen bed needs replacing. Litres of water flow down the drain as the hot tap runs for 5 mins for a warm shower. Included breakfast as confusing. A tray with bowls but nothing to put in them. There was white bread and orange juice. Wifi advertised but no password. Dirt under the back door and on the toaster. Dust and dirt in the room under the windows and elsewhere. Shower bottom edges needed a good clean. On Saturday a.m. a man noisily using a power vacc swore loudly (really bad language) at someone - made us nervous about pointing out any issues we had with the room, so we kept quiet. No secondary locks or chains for safety. 3.36am Now the couples next door are phoning others and inviting them to visit right now. There is no microwave & no peace. Next door they are still swearing every second word and we are wide awake reading some of the appalling reviews for this place. I know the 'management', judging by the responses to bad reviews, will say - if they bother- And blame us for not telling them, but we shouldn't have to. Budget shouldn't mean dirty and uncaring. I have never felt so uncomfortable.

  Excellent value for the money, staff very friendly and helpful , terrific selection of wines available in the bottle shop, had the Sunday roast, three courses, top value and very cold beer, will be returning.

  Not nice

  Upgraded to the deluxe queen room as was told when booking it was more modern and larger. Turned heating system on but it was causing sinus trouble. We checked filters in aircon and it was filthy so cleaned it. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable that woke up with sore back . Spoke with housekeeping and the lady was very nice and said she would speak with manager about it. Upon handing keys back the manager was arrogant and rude. He handed me an envelope with $60 and said to contact travel organisers for refund. He was just so rude. Never stay there again.

  Stayed here for a couple of nights, meals were to die for, great value and staff made it a great couple of nights indeed. Bottleshop was amazing for its range of wines, and prices were EXCELLENT...A must for any traveler.
