  Excellent 3* hotel

  I stayed at Angella Hotel 17 nights during December 2014. I first book two nights to check on this hotel. I was so pleased by this hotels staff, value for money, service and location that I decided to continue to stay in this hotel for my entire trip to Nha Trang. I have been staying at many hotels in Nha Trang since 2008, but definite I will next time book this hotel again. The breakfast was nothing to brag about, so that can be improved.

  affordable hotel with great services

  I chose this place to stay for Christmas and New Year holidays. I was welcomed by the gentle smile of the hotel's staff. The receptionist and the bellman were very hospitable and the check-in time was quick, which satisfied me a lot - a person that was extremely tired from a long journey. This hotel had kinda eco space which was about trees and flowers. But the most surprise me here was its cleanliness! I was kinda a person that need a high level of cleanliness but the room was definitely satisfied me. The next morning I met the maid who (I thought) was responsible for the cleanliness of my room and she sent her greetings to me by a sincere smile (have to say that the staffs here really enjoy welcoming their guests by their smile!). The hotel had so many weddings but it didnt bother me as everything was quiet again from 8.30pm (unless your nap time was between 5pm-7pm). The breakfast was good, varied, and in case that you dont want to have buffet anymore, you can ask the receptionist for the restaurant that serve morning a la carte with delicious local food (I recommend "hu tieu kho" for your order). And about its location, I just needed 5 mins to walk to the beach, about 10 mins to the tourists streets, 5 to 10 mins to walk to the centre of the city. Next trip in Nha Trang I will absolutely book here again

  Average hotel

  The hotel was clean and average. We paid 60 a night for the place that has the same qualities but worse service than a 18 hotel. We honestly didn't have any real complaints about the hotel except for the front desk staff. They aren't helpful in any way and even got mad at us for us asking them to call the bus to take us back to the airport at the end of the trip. They wanted us to take a taxi so I'm assuming they get a kick back for getting us to take a taxi.

  An average Hotel in Nha Trang, near to the beach and nighlife activities

  Staff was ok but not too friendly. An average breakfast is served at the restaurant in 2nd floor. The hotel is ok for a 2 - 3 day stay in Nha Trang. The card closing system worked very bad. I had to go to the reception several times, but they were quite uninterested about the problem.

  my experience in ha trang

  i arrived nha trang on 18 dec with great expectation of a holiday and rest. however, my expectations were unfulfilled, first because of the weather, it was raining all day for two days...so my suggestioon to travellers is that they must review the weather carefully before planning a visit to nha trang. also i was happy with the bus service provided outside cam ran airp[ort to nha trang city. at vnd 50,000 it is convenient and cheao, for upto 3 travellers, if 4 people, take taxi as difference will be vnd 50,000.. secondly, the angella hotel is good and average for 3 star with clean rooms, big bed, comfortable breakfast but does nott htavet a tour desk..very suprising for a hotel in a tourist city. the staff is courteous. however, generally i was not happy with the people's attitude..they are rude and uncommunicative unless you are a russian! i may or may not visit again as i still have to see many of the sights..but i would like to warn travellers please complete your checking before you arrive.
