Brilliant hotel, highly recommendBrilliant hotel with excellent location to Lake Garda. Accommodation excellent arrived at 0100hrs & owner put two plates of food in our room with bottled water! Food in restaurant had good selection for breakfast & you selected what you wanted for evening meal. Excellent choice & good quality food! Service in the restaurant was good & housekeeping excellent! Bar open from 0800-midnight with good selection of beers, wines & spirits!

Excellent stayWe have recently returned from a weeks stay at the hotel Angelini and the hotel is very welcoming and friendly and spotless . The breakfast buffet has many choices and the evening meal had enough variety to satisfy guests especially the salad buffet and the desserts were delicious. The hotel is situated between Torbole and Riva Del Garda and the walk around the lake to both of them was wonderful. We were not disappointed in any way and the owners and staff could not be more helpful . Martin & Jane Price

Like being with familyThis hotel is professionally run and very friendly. Owner and staff all very helpful. Accommodation for a single was large with a lovely balcony. Yes the road is noisy but the soundproof door to balcony is the best I have ever known. As the traffic at night is minimal, this did not bother me at all, and sitting on the balcony during the day was very interesting with so many families riding or walking by. View of Mt. Brione is unbelievable with hawks etc. circling at dusk. Food choice for dinner excellent. Breakfast buffet perfect plus choice of fried eggs etc. if requested. Dietary requests catered for to the best of their ability. No noise whatsoever from adjoining camp site. Walk into downtown Torbole takes five minutes or ten if you need to go slower. Just WATCH OUT FOR THE BIKES. And remember, Brits, look left first and then right. Torbole excellent small town with everything you could ever need. Friendly shopkeepers too. Bus service frequent and is the boat service. The display in centre of Torbole of WW1 and WW2 history is very, very interesting (one thing - 1915 was WW1 not WW2 - as some of the captions erroneously state). Will definitely return to the Angelini and Torbole. Wonderful holiday.

Great Location, but Management let it down.Hotel was simple, and clean. No tea or coffee making facilities. The food wasn't anything special, in fact we had no idea what most of it was. The meat was thinly sliced and the portions for dinner were small. They ran out of desserts half way through our week stay, claiming it was because it was the end of the season. Breakfast was fine, nice enough buffet with fruit, cereal, toast and juices. The one male waiter was lovely and friendly. The maids were also a credit to the establishment, and it was was shame that the gentleman that owns the hotel wasn't up to par. On the first night, my Mum and my Auntie asked for a couple more pillows, he refused the request and said "No. Tomorrow", which we thought was exceedingly rude. It set the tone for the rest of our stay in the hotel. Another day, my Mum and Auntie were sat in the lounge, reading and they put the TV on mute so they could read; they were the only ones in the room. The owner came in and asked if they were watching it, but my Mum said they weren't but if he did that was fine. He just unplugged the TV and moved it to another room, which they found was strange and rude. My Mum and Auntie asked for a coffee and he ignored them and continued to take the TV away. Overall Lake Garda is a beautiful place to go, but I would recommend a better, friendlier hotel. There are plenty in the area.
