  No tienen lo que ofertan

  Apartamento mango bien decorado,pero sin vistas. No tiene piscina pese a que lo ofertan. En recepción normalmente no hay nadie que entienda ingles. El desayuno escaso y tienes que rellenar una hoja indicando que quieres, pero no siempre te lo entregan a la hora. Ubicación en la zona gubernamental Por el precio que pagas, puedes encontrar otros alojamientos

  cockroaches, ants, dirty ventilator in the room

  Finally i can find 1 website to post my review, I have checked some comments on Agoda and Booking.com and decided to stay in this Hotel from 15th to 19th Jan 2017. Through i book by myself not through above website, they do not allow me to write comment 1/ The menu breakfast is poor, not delicious and the receptionist woman always focus on her phone when i order my breakfast, then she made mistake in my drinks twice. 2/ Cockroaches sometimes appear in the restroom, when i spay the water under the lavabo shelf to let them out. Amazing! many dirty things under the lavabo shelf come out. 3/ The ventilator is full of dust. 4/ Ants in the kitchen and sometime on my bed. Be careful with the microwave, it is not clean as you think. 5/ At the last day, they have not cleaned my room. 6/ When i go out with my motorbike, they have not said anything, but when i come back late, the security guy complains too much because he has to persuade some places to keep my motorbike. Wow, is it my fault if the hotel is unable to keep customer's motorbike? 7/ Final time is over my stand, i have to airport for flight 1:30 hour later, even i have paid all already and ask them to return my passport. There are no receptionist at the desk on 10PM. The security guy rejects to do that, he said when i check out, he will return my passport. Then, after 1 and half hour, i check out and ask my passport. The security guy call someone to check the room and he has to find my passport, then he makes the call to receptionist to ask where is the passport. 20 minutes later, he finds out my passport in another envelope. Not any apology at all! I am almost late for my flight. That is all my experiences here, say to me if you still want to stay!

  Apartment Comfort in Centre

  I spent 2 nights at Angela Boutique and was very happy with my stay. The room was quite large, the staff very helpful. Room decor like a modern apartment & bed super comfy. In room wifi, strong. Overall I was quite pleased, though the building is beginning to show signs of needing maintenance and paint upgrades. The location is near many new restaurants and centrally located so that it's only a short taxi or motorbike ride to many local sights. There is a very limited breakfast menu, served in the room. I would book again.

  Close to city center, but lacking

  Just returned from a 4 day stay and I have to say that, apart from the proximity to the city center and museums, there was not much else to value about it. The room had a clogged, damp air smell to it, the furniture is downtrodden and the towels and bed sheets had holes in them. The staff is friendly indeed, and will bring up the breakfast to your room, however, in the 3rd day we only got half of the breakfast we ordered and confirmed with the receptionist, and on our final day, we received no breakfast at all, nor any explanation for the lack of it. The bathroom in the deluxe studio needed proper maintenance, the wooden frame for the sink was missing half its left leg, therefore the sink was tilted, the shower kept leaking into the room and we also woke up with cockroaches in the bathroom. The kitchenette was provided with pots and pans, cutlery and dishes, but the stove area was dirty and the drawers and cupboards were old and not well maintained.

  Not worth anymore.

  We've there in 2014 and it was correct. Enough clean, computer and internet were working, tv channels choice was good. Back here in 2017 and level is very low, now. It seems that not a dong was re-invest in the residence facilities. All is old and often dirty in the appartments. Bathroom of the strawberry one is horrible and it smells humidity. Computer don't have power supply anymore so, no more direct internet. Wifi works well. Please, don't blame workers, they are nice and try to do the better with the few they have. On the other hand, you can blame the owners who grabbed each dong for travelling and make a comfortable living at level 5 and 6 of the residence. They don't even want to wash their laundry with that of the guests at ground floor because they think it is dirty!(and it is, knowing that is in same place of the breakfast cook!). Enough said?
