  This review is long overdue(we visited in early September) but all the words are genuine. We loved our stay at the Andon-Reid B&B. We look forward to visiting again and soon, hopefully next fall. First of all, your are treated like welcomed guests even before you arrive on property. Mr George and I communicated by email and telephone to make sure my reservation was okay. At that time, he asked of any dietary concerns or requests. I happened to mention my love of lemon bars. Ms Andrea made sure that they were served during our stay. You cannot asked for more personalized attention. We stayed in the Mountain View room which came with its own balcony. The room was not only comfortable, the bathroom I could live in. The tub was huge and we made good use of it during our visit. There is a fireplace for winter and a ceiling fan for summer. It comes with a wet bar setup with a frig and glasses and welcome cookies. They also have their own toiletries. The breakfasts were awesome. They have their own juice blend which is delicious and the meals. I cannot explain, you are going to have experience them for yourself. We have stayed at multiple bed and breakfasts and their food has been top notch. This is also evening desserts. Ms Andean prepared a pecan bar that was like melted butter in your mouth. I have to admit I took maybe a few. The property is very closed to downtown Waynesville. You could walk there if you wanted. There a re multiple stops on the porch and in the yard to rest at the end of a busy day. The biggest surprise was the beaver that lived across the street or the hawk that hung out in the trees. The ancient cat and dog that would visit daily to see what dishes they could have. There are so many things I could say about our stay. Mr George and Ms Andrea made us feel so welcome. Even with the covid limitations, we still got to know the other guests and had a great time meeting them. I will say again, I cannot wait to go back. We visit that area at least once or twice a year and now have a new place to retreat to. Thank you and sorry for the delay.

  Thank you for making our stay with you so special. Our room (Garden Suite) was beautiful. We loved the fireplace and the jetted tub. Each morning, our breakfasts were delicious. And we enjoyed, the homemade treats in the afternoon. Thank you for all the little extra things you do for your guest. We are looking forward to staying with you again!

  A MUST STAY!!

  My husband and I stayed here last weekend for our anniversary and of all the B&B's we have stayed at, this ranks at the absolute tippy top! George and Andrea are the most delightful owners and made our stay extra special. The room was beautiful and quite possibly the most comfortable bedding we've ever slept in. The cleanliness was 100%, and their extra care during COVID put us at ease. The breakfast was amazing and their extra touches to make our stay was noticed. We are about to rebook in the Spring and Fall. Don't miss out on this B&B. Exceptional!

  Awesome place and even more, awesome hosts...The room was great, i.e. very comfortable with a very comfortable bed...The food was simply amazing...And, the hospitality was simply the best...George and Andrea truly have the gift of hospitality...God willing, we will be back!

  It was amazing - - we stayed in the Grand Library Room.

  This was a Christmas gift for my mother. They accommodated her needs extremely well. They made sure the amazing breakfast was something she could eat and they even reserved a table for us so that she would not have to go down the 2 small steps no more than she had too. Andrea and George were absolutely the best - - - their hospitality was over the moon. We will be back.
