Avoid!Booked here for a weeks stay as part of a 3 week trip in Thailand and it was the worst hotel we'd stayed in on the trip. The hotel is down a dingy and dark street and the hotel itself looks run down. The room that we were given first of all was different to the one we thought we'd booked, we booked a room for 3 people yet we were given 2 single beds and a mat on the floor which was a pull out sofa bed. We paid for an upgraded room so there were 2 double beds in a room but the beds were the most uncomfortable beds in the world! The mattress was stained and there were ants in the room. We were woken by noise from building works and people talking loudly outside our room. We decided to check out 4 nights early and go to a hotel nearby. Not ideal for families, more like a hostel than a hotel! Definitely budget accommodation.

Rooms ok but receptionist is a w****rOverall the room was good for the money however the receptionist was a total lying little *****. As we got into the room wed noticed our bathroom door lock was broken but didnt bother saying nothing to the reception as wed stayed in much worse during our month all around Thailand. So we went out 1 morning and we had our room cleaned, after the man at reception continuously asking for our room to be cleaned, not something we usually do as we keep our valuables in the room so wed rather not have people we dont know in and out around our stuff, we come back to the room after a day out saying we broke the door which is a load of rubbish. And when we argued he point blank called us liars to our faces and laughed whenever we tried to talk about it. We also come back to a 4 inch crack in the door which wasnt there before we left. He was completely adamant the room was thoroughly checked before we got there, which it wasnt as we found a womans bra in the room. Then when confronted about that he said we are liars again and that we had brought a girl back, which we hadnt. Throughout our stay there the receptionist was an arrogant little man and did not say a word to us. Hes rude and unwelcoming. Made us feel fairly uncomfortable throughout the rest of our stay but we didnt think we should have to leave and pay for another hotel when wed already paid If you do choose to stay here check your rooms and dont let them pull your pants down like we did

Hotel manager told me to have some dignity and pay for an already broken door while she robbed us of our moneyThe room and location I can have no complaints with, however, our stay was ruined by a scamming receptionist and thieving hotel manager. The first day we arrived we noticed the bathroom door lock had been snapped off, but we didnt pay to much attention tention to this as we had stayed in a lot worse since the start of our trip in Thailand. We also found a pair of ladies underwear in the room which we just laughed off; which clearly shows the room was not properly checked before our arrival. Everytime we left our room the hotel receptionist was very keen to clean our room (which oddly is the first person to constantly offer to do so since we arrived in Thailand). We rejected for the first few days as we kept a lot of valuables in the room, but after a few days we went out for the day while we had our room cleaned. Once we returned we were confronted by the hotel receptionist saying we had broken the door, and when we argued our case he just laughed at us and called us liars. When we told him also about the underwear we found in the room he called us liars and said theyre are because we brought a girl back (which we didnt) and that he was going to check the cameras to prove it. WHICH HE NEVER DID LOL. A little later on the receptionist got me on the phone to the hotel manager, who was very big headed and rude. She also accused us of braking the door and liar (which she immediately back tracked on everytime I challenged her). She told me she wanted the door resolved that night or the police would be contacted. We were told we have to pay 3200 baht for a door and a handy man to come that night. The manager also told me to have some dignity and pay the fine while she robbed us of our money. Eventually we reluctantly paid as it still worked out cheaper to pay the fine then get another hotel. Yet funny enough, the same broken door was still in when we left and we had no proof of cost of door either. The hotel receptionist was also very awkward and unprofessional with us for the remainder of the stay. I have a attached a photo of the definition of dignity so the hotel manager can double check and learn for herself.
