  Great value for money

  This was the cheapest pool villa accommodation in a decent area that I could find, but it didn't feel cheap at all. The rooms were clean, well setup with the kitchenette, everything was well maintained. It makes more sense to stay here if you're doing a lot of training (gym, muay thai) but me and my friend definitely liked the hotel and the location worked for us because it's close to Phuket town. My only gripe was that I had tried to contact the hotel prior to arriving to ensure that my room had 2 single beds instead of a king bed, but clearly nobody checks their email account because we were given a room with a king bed. Thankfully they moved us the next day into a room with 2 single beds but it was a bit of a pain that could have been avoided if they had just checked their emails. Ultimately though we were pretty happy with the place.

  Great affordable Villa , has cooking facilities , your own pool and right in the middle of all the gyms , surrounded my many restaurants and bars and many massage places , you wont find anything else like it for its price in Chalong. Supermarkets . Mini marts all within walking distance , pool is very private and sunny

  Good rooms but average hospitality

  We stayed in anchan pool villa, from 31st Jan to March 17th 2019(6 weeks) We come here to this soi to train. If your here on this street in Chalong, for training, then your at the perfect location, becoz your in the midst of it. Very convenient, food is available on the street , Gyms are walking distance too. This was our first time at anchan pool villa. Good points : Kitchenette . Very good. ( induction gas, microwave, toaster, vessels, sink and a fridge with exhaust. Makes your breakfast and most meals very easy. Small pool in your room, rejuvenating after training. Room - basic with a small table and chair to eat as well. Not so comfortable. They could have cushions on the chairs as they very hard to sit on. disappointments : Hospitality : very average in the beginning, they were ready with a NO board for everything, whether it was an extra bath mat outside the pool, or linen change or extra pillow. After we spoke to them, that we were upset. Things did get a little better for sure. But still warmth and kindness towards guests average. They do not have laundry services in the reception. That is a Little inconvienent for long stay guests like us. There is no food service at all in this premise. But right outside there are many restaurants. Cleanliness of the rooms : yes they clean the room every day on request. But cleaning very average.. the scum on your bathroom walls or the kitchen area is not cleaned well at all. The area outside next to your own pool is not cleaned at all. They dont have the skills of making a room look wooow. Above the fridge, behind the fridge,microwave .. are not cleaned. I would encourage their housekeeping head to look into training their house keeping staff more. But yes if I told them clean a certain area, if they understood, they surely did it. Quality of items in the room: Linen quality : towels : bath mats :very average. A lot of it was old and worn out. Bathroom fittings old. Mattress and pillows : good Kitchen fittings : good and functional.storage for protein supplements etc. very good. Wardrobe: good but needs shelves. They do take long term guests for granted. Feeling of home away from home is missing. Air conditioner good. Safety and security good. Shower average. As the pressure is very low. Hot water and cold water good. But no assistance from staff for anything a SIM card or taxi . Nothing other than your room and if something is not working in the room, they attend to it.   Great Privacy , Good Value

  Located along Muay Thai street amongst restaurants and convenience store. If u are looking for lots of privacy, this would be better than the Anchan Boutique Hotel across the street. Parking for scooters / bikes are on site. For cars , just park across at the boutique hotel. Room is simple, basic and sufficient. Stove , fridge , microwave oven, kettle with some utensils available in room. Bed is ok ... just two pillows for a king size bed. 2 beach towels (green) are available in room with 2 x bathroom towels. Pool is great for a good soak after a hard days training. Deck chair available per villa. Walls are high and offers lots of privacy. See pics

  Private, quiet and healthy

  The room was nice, is like a small apartment, with all the kitchen facilities you can get, and you have a pool right infront your door step. Environment was nice and quiet for a good sleep at night. The street is excellent. You can walk along and find all kind of healthy meal. Best part, you have gym in few step away, and if you free, sign up for a Muay Thai day class. If you have extra time, spare a month for fit up training. They have a good training schedule available. Along the street, you can find motorcycle rental shop, and convenient store and some local food restaurant with very cheap price. Great place to chose for a stay.
