  Not very good

  First impressions of hotel was quite nice,but as each day went by it got worse. Worst issue was a open air night club right opposite hotel where the music played very very loud until 3 in the morning. The food was average,the bins around pool area were overflowing most days, the life guards were busy eating, smoking and drinking, if someone was in trouble in the water they would have never seen them. The entertainment was very poor, you could see that no money was available for team and there was no entertainment at all for two days a week. Lots of better places to stay in Cyprus, give this hotel a miss!!

  Family holiday

  Nice reception and good food if a little too repetitive and amazing pasta from chef Daniele. Rooms are basic and the cleanliness is dire! Never cleaned the small tables by the pool the whole time we were there or room balconies. Beds comfortable but the worst lumpy broken pillows ever. Staff friendly and hard working. Great poolside entertainers. The maids dont clean properly and the toilets are disgusting in rooms with the awful choose of leaving them or using the vile filthy provided toilet brush. Some good parts and on the whole had a great holiday but sort out the pillows and clean everywhere better!!!!

  Appalling visit as first nite we arrived very late room hadnt been made from previous guests and no other rooms available and no cleaners working, so reception got the security to clean room but never changed bed sheets. Got stuck in lift for 15 mins with maximum of 8 people which were 3 children, was told by an arrogant engineer to many people in lift when there wasnt, but its an old lift as the engineer decided to shout out. Complained to manager and she didnt seem to care. The pool was very cloudy and to be told it gets tested 3 times a day, as we complained to the rep. Following day found out pump wasnt working. Staff are not friendly at all and dont spk any English, food is very poor not catered for children. Run out of bath towels and thats the basics. Door key went missing whilst cleaners were there with there supervisor and cleaning manager and denied having it, but then manager seemed of miraculously of found it outside our door when it wasnt as we all were looking for this outside and inside. So do not trust cleaners or the management as they all lied to cover themselves. Bed sheets are awful with holes in and stained and cleaners do not clean your room properly and do not tidy as they leave everything where it is and just make the beds and clean bath. Water park nxt door is not very safe as a number of injuries had occurred whilst there including my daughter. Entrainment very poor and you have to walk to hotel nxt door for this. Was threatened to be thrown out of hotel as they do not like complainers and as a whole its Run by poor management. Awful stay and would never go back so do your research before you book Pics are from the first nite from previous guest and cloudy pool

  Disappointed 4 star, hotel needs refurbishment

  Have just returned from the 4 star Anastasia hotel with my children. We booked through love holiday. I guess there are 4 stars and 4 stars! Lets start on the positive..... close to the water park- not direct access from the hotel as the gate was locked but only a 2 min walk. (Some loungers broken and parasols ripped though... pool attendants closed the park at 5.30 one evening even though it should be open to 6pm. )The weather was good... food ok, we were on all inclusive a bit repetitive after a time and some evenings I did struggle to choose something for my 5 yr old. Table service for drinks which they are keen to do but then if you want another youd have to track them down. Also very keen to tidy your plate away. Sadly the hotel needs a good overhaul. Reception area looks smart but tired everywhere else. A ceiling tile fell down outside our room and there was a leak. Many of the ceiling tiles had brown patches so they clearly have a leak issue. Towels were not changed daily. On one occassion the bed wasnt made either. Bathroom had hair on the floor in the corner, it really needed a good clean. Basically if you are expecting a good 4 star hotel dont stay here.

  Unhelpful reception, untidy hotel.

  Reception staff were mostly unhelpful. Waterpark needs some repairs as seemed very dirty. Food was disappointing. Sea Breeze restaurant was a joke. Room was only cleaned occasionally. really sorry for the majority of the staff who worked there as you could tell they were unhappy and not treated with much respect by the management. Every guest we spoke to had a list of complaints. I would suggest booking elsewhere.
