Nicely renovated and rebranded ANA Crowne Plaza YonagoHistory: Originally built and opened in 2003 as ANA Zennikku Hotel, renovated and rebranded in 2017 as ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Location: West side of Yonago train station,15 minutes walk from there. Centrally located in the city, but the city center contains sparsely populated businesses with many vacant lots. Interior Decor: Well renovated and inviting atmospheric lobby. Guest room I stayed features good sense of furniture design and style. Exterior Appearance: 9 story hotel in the mix of commercial and residential area. Outside view from the room I stayed at (509): Forested hill with the roof of the annex building. Room Size: Approximately, 28 square meters. Good. Room Cleanness: Very well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom: Well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Average size. Noise Insulation: Average. Price and Value: Inflated weekend price, even considering the condition of the room and the location. Breakfast: Good all you can eat buffet with renovated interior decor. Bed: Firm softness. Slept fine.

Nice property but Room sizes are too small as compared to other Crowne propertyI stayed at this property during my business trip. I must say you would be surprised to see the room sizes if you had ever stayed with Crowne Plaza anywhere across the world. Most surprising thing is that even after paying 6k per night, you will not get complimentary water bottle. Generally this is a trend everywhere in Japan but still property like Crowne should give at least a mineral water bottle as complimentary. Otherwise in terms of service, its good.

Yonago AgainBest Place to Stay for a Couple of Days for business reason. Good Location to the Restaurants and to the Train Station. Connected with the Limousine Bus beteeen Airuand Hotel. Easy to Book. Breakfast Buffet is Great. Everyone find something. Japanese Restsurant in the Hotel is good. Roms are typisch small nur clean. The bathroom is very small incl. the Toilette Space and Shower.

Excellent Customer RelationsExcellent customer service at all levels. We initially were given a twin bed room #710 that had a locked fire escape window, that could not be left even partially opened (when unlocked). The set air con could not be turned down from a too hot 23 C. Hotel management then were able to move us to another very nice room where the window could be left opened partially = a cooler much more pleasant sleep. Our fellow aussie travel friends also thought that their std twin bed room was very pleasing. Nice towels and quality bed linen too. Free on site car parking in the hotels external yard. We ate in the café restaurant for dinner and the service there was exceptional, the best that we experienced in our 4+ week, all of Japan, self-driving road trip. Very good value servings too; that were each presented so artistically. A free base drink service was available in the deal. The hotel is a very good base for exploring Matsui and the Adachi Museum and its Gardens. This area of Japan deserves more western travellers.

Good stay in Yonagowe booked a twin room, beds are comfortable, room very clean and size ok. Location to train station is ok, but when you have lots of luggage you better take a taxi. Breakfast is a little expensive, but round the corner you find a nice cafe for breakfast. Some good Restaurants are on the way to the train station. We used the hotel as base for our visits to Matsue and Izumo taisha.
