  Wonderful host, fabulous music!

  We were in Milltown Malbay for the Willie Clancy festival and this was a fabulous place to stay!! Our host was extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the town, the music and the festival!! Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room was rather small, but the host and location made up for it. While we were here we also drove up to Doolin and took a cruise to see the Cliffs of Moher. If you don't get seasick, we highly recommend it!!

  " A place to return to in the Emerald Isle"

  It's was my first visit to Clare to a family wedding with my family. After a 45 minute drive from Shannon airport we located the signpost "An Gleann"with ease alongside the main road. Tucked nicely behind greenery. Parking facilities were available. We were warmly welcomed by the delightful Mary. Our room was immaculate and spacious with a typical country feel. An abundance of tea, coffee and biscuits available which was much needed. The peace and tranquility was notable with no noises of rattling keys or banging doors. A good Irish breakfast was a hearty start to our day and a welcoming feast. There was such a warm atmosphere about the B&B. Shops, sea, pubs with Irish music and restaurants were 6 minutes away. Mary explained the route and where to visit. Thank your Mary for making our visit so memorable.

  And clean

  Have stayed here on several occasions and have enjoyed it every time. Mary is very pleasant and helpful and the rooms are clean and airy. Breakfast excellent and the Lounge is traditional and homely.Prices are not a rip off. Recommended

  B and B like it should be

  Mary is a perfect host who clearly relishes welcoming guests into her home. The room was spotlessly clean with plenty hot water, towels , toiletries. Hospitality tray . Comfy bed. Breakfast was great and we left for our onward journey well rested.

  Amazing host and lovely bnb

  Well where do I start, was welcomed with warm arms by the lovely Mary. Her hospitality was top class. Cooked Breakfast in the morning with endless amounts of coffee. Visited Ireland for 4 days for a wedding and wouldn't of asked to stay at a better bnb than at Mary's place. She ironed my shirts for me, took our group into town when we needed dropping off and treated us like her family. Big cosy clean beds and showers which cleaned on a daily by Cathy, with hot drinks facilities in the rooms too. WiFi and TV also in the rooms. What more could you need! Thank you for a pleasant stay Mary. I shall be returning. Danny Boy
