  Fantastic beach!

  The modern art in the lobby was a very nice touch. My room and bathroom were a bit cramped and there was a strange smell, overall it was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel elevator goes down to the level of the beach. The beach was definitely my favorite part of the hotel as the water was warm and pristine. The breakfast was the same everyday but still very tasty.

  Fantastic hotel

  We spent 3 relaxing days in Sperlonga staying at the this hotel. Very modern, right on the beach and the service was amazing. Pay the extra and book a balcony room. Go and visit Teresa in the leather shop, great quality and well priced.

  Wonderful gem in Sperlonga!

  The Hotel Amyclae was a treat to stay at on this visit to Sperlonga! It is directly on the beach and thus you can walk straight out of the elevator to the beach level. There are beach chairs, room towels you can use, and a lifeguard on duty. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The guest rooms are small but offer beautiful panoramic views of Sperlonga and the lovely Tyrhennian Sea, as well as a lovely sunrise over the old town of Sperlonga and a stunning sunset. While the guest rooms are small and clean, the bathroom has a bidet and good water pressure in the shower. It is worth it to pay the price of the sea view room as you can enjoy listening to the waves on the beach as they lull you to sleep. The room price typically includes a simple Italian style breakfast including cappuccino. I spent a lot of time in the modern yet simple lobby enjoying the floor to ceiling views of the beach and enjoying a lovely selection of by the glass wines. October is a beautiful time to visit Sperlonga, albeit it is at the end of the high season and summer, sonit is much less crowded and has cooler weather in the evenings. Despite this we had warm weather and sunny days during the daytime but cold water to swim in. Sperlonga is a family friendly town typically visited by other Italians, thus basic English is spoken. As such is it a great getaway if you dont want to be around huge groups of tourists.

  Amazing...never seen such service with a lift that bring you into the beach

  We were enjoying the hotel so much that we never went to another beach of the area, it was so comfortable to take the lift from the rooms and get directly to the beach. All equipped and each rooms with its own private umbrella, chairs and especially lot of space...we noted double free space respect to the other ones of the same area. The rooms are in line for a good 3 stars , comfortable but especially we loved the sea view...Amazing sunset every evening! Breakstaf full and fresh, even with home made cakes...we loved the cappuccino made by Mr Fabio, he was astonishing us every morning. The staff is really gentle, especially the owners that are always present. We liked it and so organize to came back with our children and friends too

  Perfect place beside the sea.

  Hotel Amyclae is perfectly situated by the sea for you to roll out of bed and on to you town just by the sea, the hotel has everything you need for a restful break and when the sun goes down you can stroll along in tow town for something to eat.
