    Just a stay for the night...

    It was a comfortable stay to rest in the room for a night. Other than that, the food was mediocre, pool was not clean, hotel area generally very noisy. They seem to have huge crowds of people: either performing team building activities or just really noisy people.

    Room and service Good

    i was here on last month and the place was so amazing !!! no need to go to theme park outside because here i can get everything i want. From theme park, pool, fishing and cycling they have. I love and im enjoy stay there. i will come again see you next time !

    A disappointment

    The room is quite basic though it is clean. No iron and iron board provided in the room. Not much variety of foods for breakfast. Replenishment of foods was really slow. The landscape and water park of this hotel is good but the poor service is a big let down. I stayed here because of attending a conference otherwise I would not want to stay here as it is not worth the money.

    Office family day

    Amverton hotel has clean, spacious and I think recently refurbished rooms. The room had a good split unit air conditioning unit which is important for sweltering melaka, didn't experience much of the service but the little we did was commensurate with the price we paid. Cant expect 5 star service if you don't pay 5 star prices. The telematch organized by hotel was good, the team which ran it led by Capt (rtd) Norizan was excellent. The only negatives were: 1. Phone wasn't connected when we checked in, so had to call hotel using my mobile to get a change of pillow case. 2. The pillow cases were not changed, one was dirty and the other smelly. But it would be a good place to bring the kids as the pool is big and it has some slides. 3 stars because of standard of facilities and rooms are of 3 star hotel, no complaints about service from staff.

    Bad Service Ever!

    We checked in late at midnight as we were en route from Johore to Kl. When we arrived there was nobody at the reception and no bellboy to assist us with our luggage. Room bedsheet has stains & toilet smells bad. Staff is no where helpful at all! We requested half hour late checkout as we arrived late at 1am but staff harassing us to clear the room asap! No consideration at all as we were travelling with an injured person! Will never come back here again!
