  Muy bueno, grande y cómodo

  Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. El servicio y la atención al cliente son excelentes. Muy buen personal. Los desayunos son de buffet, donde hay gran variedad de comida y donde el espacio para comer es muy amplio. El hotel no está ubicado cerca de la ciudad. Tiene una gasolinera al lado. En recepción cuentan con servicio de minibar.

  Needs some improvements

  This hotel is a nice place to stay for a few nights. The staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were average with outdated decorations and need freshening up. The spa is quite nice, a few different saunas and pools but the pools were a bit dirty, especially if going at the end of the day. Breakfast was nice but a lot of the items ran out, including coffee and hot water for tea and there werent enough staff working to help sort this. It was nice to stay for a few days as we got a groupon offer that included spa access and breakfast, however it does need some updating and improvements. I would recommend it if you get a good offer like a Groupon but not to spend the full amount on as it wouldnt be worth it.

  Disappointing

  I was only there one night which was a blessing. The rooms were dated and dirty and the amenities were very basic. The staff appeared disinterested. It is located close to a very busy road. I can only assume it has seen better days

  Very Nice and Relaxing Weekend

  I booked over Groupon a special offer for this weekend: one night in double deluxe room with breakfast, dinner and 2 days access to wellness. We arrived at the hotel, we parked our car (the hotel has a big free parking for it´s tourists), we went at the reception, we got our room very fast. The staff it´s very friendly and helpful. The room was at the ground floor but it has like a small terrace which it´s very nice. The room it´s really big, the bathroom, also and clean. We had in the room free bathrobes for the SPA area, free cattle , tea and coffee. The SPA area it´s really clean and a nice place to relax and enjoy your free time. The food was tasty, the waiters really friendly. We will love to come back.

  Disappointing

  Where to start .... Checking in took about 25 min. !! We had made reservations weeks in advance but we were not 'in the system', someone had to be called, didn' answer, .... so it took a lot of time. Then we got our keycard to room 105. Once there, the card didn't work so back to reception. Ah, then uou need a (enormous) key to enter, no repairing the card! Wa made reservations to dine at the hotel. What a disappointment: we ordered some hors d'oeuvres to take our time to look at the menu. These were brought after the appetizer. However, all sorts of things were missing ... without notice. The main course was brought and immediately we asked for an extra portion of fries. It was never brought. The main dish also lacked things that were indicated on the menu. So let's go to the room. Once there the television didn't work. Back to the reception. Ah, apparently the previous guests took the remote control with them! Isn't that checked when you clean the room? Breakfast in the morning. At 9 o'clock we go to the breakfast room. Your room number? .... Oh, you haven't passed on an hour! Unfortunately.' Did we have to do that? Yes, at check-in you must immediately give the time when you want to have breakfast'. That was not asked. That's too bad!' ... And so I can go on: very dirty rooms indeed (the washbasin was not cleaned), dirty corridors, ...) This is definitely not worth 4 *, at most a low 3 *. We went there for three days to relax and all the relaxation provided by the (fine) Wellness was immediately transformed into stress by the hotel. They don't see us there again.
